    I am on week 3 of the BYB program. It can be very grueling at times, but I have a feeling after I am done and I get back to a more ‘traditional’ routine, these weights will seem like nothing!

    You are right about that, you’ll find that you’ll be setting new personal records in all your old lifts. You’ll especially notice the strength gains with your pressing exercises (i.e. all bench press variations, shoulder press, tricep work, etc.)

    Bench is definitley one of the things most people ask about when they find out you are “One of those people who workout” haha.

    Seems like it’s the first question I get when someone finds out I go to the gym regularly.

    Oh, by the way… You’ve got a ton of great tips and information on your youtube channel for free so I can only imagine how great the information is in your paid material. Top notch I’m willing to bet, just like the rest of your stuff.
