Back when I started working out I was a skinny 135 pounds with "spaghetti noodle arms". I literally spent several years in the gym fumbling around trying all sorts of different workout programs, eating everything in sight, and choking down protein & weight gainer shakes...
By doing this I managed to gain weight alright, I "bulked up" to 240 pounds of sloppy fat. But that was NOT the look I wanted to have for my body.
