As you may know, I started this website back in January of 1999…
It’s literally one of the oldest and most popular bodybuilding websites online. But a lot has changed over the past decade. I’ve since switched to an interactive blog style website to make things easier to navigate as well as allowing you to interact and leave your own feedback and comments.

But on my original website I have an article archive of Over 100 Articles covering all aspects of bodybuilding, weight training, exercise and nutrition!

Studying these articles is one of the best ways to learn how to burn fat, build lean muscle fast, and take your muscular development to the next level.
