Shoot for at least 5 sets of 5+ reps over the workout.<br \/>\n&#8211; Rubber Band Good Morning &#8211; 3-4 sets of 20+ reps.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Start each exercise with as many lighter warm up sets as you feel you need in order to work up to your top working weight.<\/p>\n<p>**Rest at least 3 minutes between sets for the deadlifts to allow for maximum weight to be lifted.
