This is a painful condition that occurs when the tendons in your elbow are overworked and inflamed. It’s caused by repetitive motions of the hand and arm.

Despite the name, tennis elbow can occur in people who don’t play tennis (even though it is a common injury among tennis players). People who do a lot of repetitive motions, either through working out in the gym, playing sports, or doing physically demanding labor work often get tennis elbow (i.e. mechanics, carpenters, painters, butchers, plumbers, musicians, athletes, etc.)

The pain of tennis elbow occurs primarily where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to a bony bump on the outside of your elbow. Pain can also spread into your forearm and wrist.

The key to treating tennis elbow is to avoid further straining of the aggravated tendons. Wearing a tennis elbow brace can help support the tendons and keep them in proper alignment, which often reduces pain and discomfort. And you can also do some rehab exercises as outlined in the videos below:

Tennis Elbow Rehab Exercise…

Note: if you can’t watch the embedded video clip above,
you can watch it right on my YouTube Channel by Clicking Here

Forearm Extensor Finger Exercise…

Note: if you can’t watch the embedded video clip above,
you can watch it right on my YouTube Channel by Clicking Here

Give these exercises a try for yourself and then leave me a comment below letting me know how they work for you.

P.S.
If you would like to strengthen your forearms, hands, and wrists to help prevent tennis elbow in the future than I highly recommend including Heavy Grip Hand Grippers as part of your workout routine…

Build A Strong Crushing Grip & Muscular Forearms! ->> Click Here <<-

These are the perfect hand grippers for Arm Wrestlers, Powerlifters, Strongmen, Bodybuilders, Martial Artists, MMA Fighters, Tennis Players, Baseball Players, Fireman, Police Officers, Rock Climbers, Gymnasts, Musicians, and anyone else who wants to develop a strong crushing grip and muscular hands, wrists and forearms.

Heavy Grips Hand Grippers Are Built To Last
And They Come With A LIFETIME Warranty!

Unlike most companies, our Lifetime Warranty means a “lifetime”.
