But unfortunately it can also contribute to the <em>&#8220;holiday weight gain&#8221;<\/em> that so many folks experience.<\/p>\n<p>However, today you&#8217;re going to learn how to make a <strong>High Protein Hot Cocoa Recipe<\/strong> that&#8217;s delicious and also good for you.
