{"id":728,"date":"2010-02-05T13:09:06","date_gmt":"2010-02-05T17:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/?p=728"},"modified":"2011-01-04T17:11:03","modified_gmt":"2011-01-04T21:11:03","slug":"progress-video-10-weeks-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/progress-video-10-weeks-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Progress Video: posing 10 1\/2 weeks out from competition&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a progress video clip that I shot this past Wednesday after my workout at Global Gym.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, I&#8217;m back posing in the can at the gym&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>You wouldn&#8217;t believe all the e-mails and comments I got about the last video I posted up when I was posing in front of the crapper. Some people got a real kick out of it, some thought I was posing out in some random public bathroom, and some I guess enjoy the <em>&#8220;ambiance&#8221;<\/em> of the toilet&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Well the reason I practice my posing in there has nothing to do with the <em>&#8220;background&#8221;<\/em>, but that spot just happens to have the best lighting in the locker room, that&#8217;s where the mirror is so I can see myself, and I can set my flip cam on the counter top to take progress video. So I&#8217;ll continue flexing for all I&#8217;m worth in front of the crapper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Note:<\/span> Another extra bonus here is just in case I &#8220;squeeze&#8221; too hard,\u00a0I don&#8217;t have far to run if I feel the urge to &#8220;GO&#8221; \ud83d\ude09<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Anyway&#8230; enough crap talk, let&#8217;s get down to the progress. I&#8217;m currently 206 pounds (down from 220) so I&#8217;m quite happy with my results thus far.
