The thing that I really like about cable exercises is they provide constant tension on the muscles throughout the entire range of motion.<\/p>\n<p>For some reason when you go into the gym the seated cable row machine will be set up with a V-Bar attachment. Don&#8217;t ask me why, but that&#8217;s just the way it is. Almost by default there will always be a V-Bar hooked on the low pulley seated cable row.<\/p>\n<p>Now the V-Bar is certainly a good bar attachment.<br \/>\nBut you are not limited to just using that attachment.
