Microwave the mug of mixture for 1 minute. <\/p>\n<p>Note: cooking times may vary depending on how powerful your microwave is, but be conservative. If you over cook the cup cake it will become rubbery and chewy. It&#8217;s actually ok to have it a little bit under cooked so that it remains moist and soft.<\/p>\n<p><U><strong>Here are the nutritional facts for this cup cake recipe:<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\n490 calories<br \/>\n60 grams of protein<br \/>\n8 grams of carbohydrates<br \/>\n22 grams of fat (mostly from healthy fat in natural peanut butter)<\/p>\n<p>You can adjust the numbers according to how much you eat.
