Then top up the rest of the glass with more Diet Root Beer. This makes enough for 2 servings.

That’s it!

It tastes just like having vanilla ice cream mixed in with your Root Beer, but all the calories are coming from whey protein without any of the sugar and fat that you’d get with a regular root beer float.

Here are the nutritional facts for you to compare the differences.

Regular A&W Root Beer Float:
Calories: 640
Fat: 10 grams
Carbs: 136 grams
Sugar: 110 grams
Protein: 4 grams
(Large A&W Root Beer Float)

Lee’s High Protein Diet Root Beer Float:
Calories: 135
Fat: 1 gram
Carbs: 1 gram
Sugar: 0
Protein: 30 grams
(Made with Iso-Smooth Protein)

Click PLAY To See A Video Demo Showing How To Make This Recipe!

Note: if you can’t watch the embedded video clip above,
you can watch it right on my YouTube Channel by Clicking Here

If you like this video, make sure to check out my Bodybuilding Nutrition Video Playlist on YouTube.
