{"id":6052,"date":"2012-02-19T03:45:46","date_gmt":"2012-02-19T07:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/?p=6052"},"modified":"2012-02-19T03:46:40","modified_gmt":"2012-02-19T07:46:40","slug":"easy-egg-recipe-bell-pepper-egg-rings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/easy-egg-recipe-bell-pepper-egg-rings\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy EGG Recipe &#8211; Bell Pepper Egg Rings!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast idea that not only tastes good, but looks good as well&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Then give these Bell Pepper Egg Rings a try!<\/p>\n<p>The great thing about bell pepper egg rings from a <em>&#8220;Bodybuilding Nutrition&#8221;<\/em> point of view, is that they are a simple way to get both high quality protein and veggies into your breakfast meal.<\/p>\n<p><font size=\"+1\"><b><I>Here&#8217;s How To Make Em&#8230;<\/font><\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p><u>Ingredients:<\/u><br \/>\n&#8211; bell peppers (any color), cut into 1 cm thick rings<br \/>\n&#8211; eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; salt and pepper<br \/>\n&#8211; PAM spray or olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Set the burner to medium heat and spray a nonstick frying pay with PAM <em>(or use 1 teaspoon of oil)<\/em>.  Add bell pepper rings, then crack 1 egg into the middle of each pepper ring.  Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until egg whites are set but yolks are still runny, usually about 2 to 3 minutes.
