{"id":4670,"date":"2011-09-06T10:59:12","date_gmt":"2011-09-06T14:59:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/?p=4670"},"modified":"2011-12-14T04:07:56","modified_gmt":"2011-12-14T08:07:56","slug":"my-very-first-muscle-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/my-very-first-muscle-up\/","title":{"rendered":"My Very First Muscle Up!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>I just set a new personal record in the gym the other day! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You see I&#8217;ve been working on doing a <em>&#8220;Muscle Up&#8221;<\/em> for quite a while now.<br \/>\nAnd just the other day I finally was able to do my very first Muscle Up!<\/p>\n<p>If you are not familiar with a <em>&#8220;Muscle Up&#8221;<\/em>, it&#8217;s basically a hybrid move between a pull up and a dip.
