{"id":4371,"date":"2011-07-07T22:40:57","date_gmt":"2011-07-08T02:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/?p=4371"},"modified":"2011-07-22T16:07:30","modified_gmt":"2011-07-22T20:07:30","slug":"leg-press-variations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leehayward.com\/blog\/leg-press-variations\/","title":{"rendered":"Leg Press Variations To Target The Quads &#038; Hams"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of my personal favorite Mass Building leg exercises is the Leg Press. <\/p>\n<p>Now I agree that good old fashion barbell squats are <em>&#8220;The King&#8221;<\/em> of leg exercises, but leg presses are a great complementary exercise that you can do along with squats. <\/p>\n<p>In fact, if you want to try a killer combo, do leg presses right after you finish doing squats in your next leg workout. Trust me&#8230; your legs will get an insane workout!<\/p>\n<p>As for the Leg Press exercise itself, there are some different variations that you can do by changing your feet positions. <\/p>\n<p>Typically the lower you place your feet on the foot plate the more you&#8217;ll work your quadriceps.
