This morning I’m up bright and early…
\nWell, that’s not totally true because it’s still dark outside, but it is early \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

I’m flying down to Florida today to get a mini-escape from this cold Canadian winter. It’s perfect timing too because we just had a snow storm yesterday and that added to my motivation for some warmer weather.<\/p>\n

While in Florida I’m going to be hanging out with good friends and fellow muscle building coaches:

\nJoel Marrion<\/a> (The Xtreme Fat Loss Coach)<\/em><\/p>\n

Just in case you are wondering what my tag line is…
\nThey call me: The Savage Beast who was born in a cave and raised by Wolves!<\/em>
\n(Don’t ask, it’s a long story that’s 99% fictional but fun non-the-less.)<\/p>\n

Anyway, each one of these guys practices what they preach and they know their sh!t. I’ve personally learned a ton of killer tips and tricks from each and everyone one of them. Which in turn makes me a better muscle building coach and allows me to pass on even more valuable muscle building and fat burning strategies to you. <\/p>\n

Even though I’ve been working out since 1990 and competing in bodybuilding since 1995, I’m not so thick headed to think that I “Know It All”<\/em> when it comes to bodybuilding and fitness. I’m constantly reading, studying, and learning new things from a variety of different sources. I feel that it’s my duty to keep up to date with the best muscle building tips in order to better serve my personal coaching students and online followers like YOU.<\/p>\n

Now while we all work hard… We like to play harder!<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n

And quite honestly I have no freaking idea what crazy adventures lie ahead for me while hanging out with these guys in Florida. It’s almost like watching an action movie, you know there is going to be high intensity adrenaline charged adventure, but you just don’t know what…<\/p>\n

I’ll just give you a quick recap of some of the highlights of 2010’s adventures…

Competed In The Atlantic Canadian Bodybuilding Championships
\n(Won The Best Poser Award!)<\/em>

Did Jeep Safari Tour in Cuba

Rode a Camel in Cuba
\n\"Riding<\/p>\n

Watched the UFC live in Montreal
\n\"Watching<\/p>\n

Went on Niagara Falls Jet Boat Tour (1500 horse power jet boat!)
\n\"Niagara<\/p>\n

Did an 8 Day Motorcycle Road Trip Accross Newfoundland
\n\"Motorcycle<\/p>\n

Watched the Mr. Olympia Live in Las Vegas
\n\"Watching<\/p>\n

Drove a Lotus Elise @ 200km per hour through the Arizona Desert
\n\"Driving<\/p>\n

Went Sky Diving In Las Vegas
\n\"Sky<\/p>\n

Went Zip Lining In Mexico
\n\"Zip<\/p>\n

Went Surfing In Mexico
\n\"Surfing<\/p>\n

Those are some of the highlights of 2010. It’s been one kick ass year that’s for sure! So I can only imagine what 2011 has in store. It has already started off with launching the best selling muscle building program of 2011 The 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program!<\/a><\/p>\n

And to go along with that, there is one BIG Adventure<\/strong> coming up very soon… The Arnold Classic Expo<\/strong> and we are going to be taking the top 10 physique transformation contest winners from the 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program to hang out with us at the Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio March 3-6th. <\/p>\n

So if you are one of the serious action takers who has already come on board and are currently in your very first 21-Day FMB Cycle… Give it all you got and who knows, maybe you could be hanging out with us very soon and creating your own kick ass adventure stories.
