After all, you have to EAT BIG in order to GET BIG. But the problem is with all the extra calories we often gain some excess bodyfat in addition to the muscle gains.<\/p>\n<p>Then on the other side of the coin, when ever you focus on fat loss you have to be in a caloric deficit.
