Everyone is going to have their own opinion on what form of cardio is the best for maximum fat loss.<\/p>\n<p>Now if you are familiar with my methods and philosophy&#8217;s on training and nutrition you know that I don&#8217;t believe in absolutes. There is more than one way to go about reaching the final outcome.<\/p>\n<p>I always like to step back and look at the big picture, rather than nit picking over the minor details that really don&#8217;t matter much in the grand scheme of things.<\/p>\n<p>So the <strong>BEST<\/strong> cardio for fat loss is the one that you consistently. Be it high intensity, long duration, interval, or some combination of all of the above.
