I figure I&#8217;ll weigh-in around<br \/>\n190 pounds or so once I cut my water. <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m really happy with everything. This is the best shape<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve ever been in, so regardless of the outcome of the<br \/>\nshow I&#8217;ve achieved my personal goal.<\/p>\n<p>But the best part is that the week after the show I&#8217;m heading<br \/>\ndown to Cuba with a bunch of friends for a much needed vacation,<br \/>\nand I&#8217;m going to be the most ripped dude on the beach LOL<\/p>\n<p>I think being ripped for the beach is going to be a heck of a lot<br \/>\nmore fun then being ripped for a bodybuilding contest \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"480\" height=\"385\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/bYRvXHwAuxQ&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;rel=0\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><\/object><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was a practice posing session that I did last Friday.
