A lot of guys who are new to working out tend to focus on the "Show Off" muscles of the chest and arms. After all, the desire to have a big upper body is usually one of the primary reasons they started working out in the first place.
Now there's nothing wrong with wanting to have a big muscular chest and strong powerful arms. But that doesn't mean those are the only muscle groups you should work when you are in the gym.
The next time you are at the gym, just take notice of how many guys are actually making this "Newbie" workout mistake... As funny as it may seem, it's actually quite common to see this being done in the gym.
