What's more important... Diet or Exercise???
This is a question that comes up a lot among people who are new to bodybuilding. Now if you really stop and think about it, I think the answer becomes quite obvious...
BOTH are very important to your overall success in building muscle & burning fat.
However, one is slightly MORE IMPORTANT than the other.
When I'm coaching a brand new person there is one area that I want them to focus on moreinitially in order to help them maximize their muscle gains. And this one may surprise you because it goes totally against what most mainstream "experts" tell you.
