Work Hard… Play Harder!

This morning I’m up bright and early…
Well, that’s not totally true because it’s still dark outside, but it is early šŸ˜‰

I’m flying down to Florida today to get a mini-escape from this cold Canadian winter. It’s perfect timing too because we just had a snow storm yesterday and that added to my motivation for some warmer weather.

While in Florida I’m going to be hanging out with good friends and fellow muscle building coaches:
Vince Del Monte (The Skinny Guy Saviour)
Dave Ruel (The Muscle Cook)
Mike Westerdal (The Critical Bencher – 600+ pound bench press!)
Elliott Hulse (The Lean Hybrid Strongman)
Joel Marrion (The Xtreme Fat Loss Coach)

Just in case you are wondering what my tag line is…
They call me: The Savage Beast who was born in a cave and raised by Wolves!
(Don’t ask, it’s a long story that’s 99% fictional but fun non-the-less.)

Anyway, each one of these guys practices what they preach and they know their sh!t. I’ve personally learned a ton of killer tips and tricks from each and everyone one of them. Which in turn makes me a better muscle building coach and allows me to pass on even more valuable muscle building and fat burning strategies to you.

Even though I’ve been working out since 1990 and competing in bodybuilding since 1995, I’m not so thick headed to think that I “Know It All” when it comes to bodybuilding and fitness. I’m constantly reading, studying, and learning new things from a variety of different sources. I feel that it’s my duty to keep up to date with the best muscle building tips in order to better serve my personal coaching students and online followers like YOU.

Now while we all work hard… We like to play harder!

And quite honestly I have no freaking idea what crazy adventures lie ahead for me while hanging out with these guys in Florida. It’s almost like watching an action movie, you know there is going to be high intensity adrenaline charged adventure, but you just don’t know what…

I’ll just give you a quick recap of some of the highlights of 2010’s adventures…
(This is how I played hard last year.)

And to go along with that, there is one BIG Adventure coming up very soon… The Arnold Classic Expo and we are going to be taking the top 10 physique transformation contest winners from the 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program to hang out with us at the Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio March 3-6th.

So if you are one of the serious action takers who has already come on board and are currently in your very first 21-Day FMB Cycle… Give it all you got and who knows, maybe you could be hanging out with us very soon and creating your own kick ass adventure stories. It’s going to be a blast!

Will you be taking this vacation to have some time off from training? Will you still be adhering to your nutrition style on vacation for the MOST part (like you said, if you don’t weigh heavier after your vacation it means you didn’t enjoy it)

  • johsonmac

Damn Lee you one crazy dude ! Thats a lotta stuff u been upto ! I wonder where u get all that money to do all that ? Well its just plain to see you gettin rich off this website and the bullshyt u been selling for profit !

Wow, Lee, your Mass Building System looks incredible. The results are amazing. And I even thought Vince looked great before, but again, what great results! Awesome!

When and where are you going to be in Florida? How long are you going to be here? I am a longtime fan and devotee of your videos and would love to meet you in person. Take care and God bless.

  • Isaac Forgey

I hope and pray ALL of you have an unforgetable vacation… Look forward to hearing about it when you get back? Are you guys going to be releaseing anything while your “DO NOT DISTURB” sign is up? Maybe atleast the sups lessons?

    What up Lee.
I bet that skydive hurt like a bitch. Combined bodyweights of 25-30stone braking from 70mph to 15mph in a second is painful! How high was the jump? I did a tandem in England so I couldn’t get as high as they do in countries without much air traffic. We had 60 seconds of free fall. Did you get a dude to video it? If so let’s see! I’ve got one! I’ll put mine up if you do yours šŸ˜‰

I don’t like the taste of ass, so I’m not kissing yours. I’m just saying that you have helped me, and inspired me to help others.

    Oliver,

    Just post it.

I try to keep eating clean most of the time. But at the same time I’ll enjoy myself and visit some nice restaurants as well. After all I’m not training for a competition so I will not be crazy strict with my diet.

Yes, I do like to live life to the fullest in every respect. Heck we are only going through this world once, so why not make the most of it. We have a choice.

Yes it’s true I make money from my website, I won’t deny that. It’s my chosen profession to be a muscle building coach and I feel very fortunate to be able to make a living doing something that I love to do and help literally thousands of people from all over the world at the same time. I also have another side to my business which is rental properties. I’m a landlord and own and manage several rental apartments in Newfoundland.

Does the fact that I like to enjoy life make my website and fitness programs less valuable or make me any less of a coach? Or does it make my rental apartments any less quality for people to live in? I certainly don’t think so.

I’m sure you probably earn money doing what ever you do for a living as well. And I don’t think the fact that you make money from your chosen career makes you any less of a person or that it means your work is bullshit.

    That’s just my 2 cents worth…

Thanks, this is by far the best training system that we’ve ever created. I think it’s going to have a huge impact on the way people build muscle from now on.

This week I’m going to be in the St. Pete’s, Tampa, and Clearwater area. Next week I’ll be on the east coast in Miami. Then up to Orlando for a few days.

We’re going to be shooting some killer workout videos with Elliot Hulse and Mike Westerdal. These guys are the creators of the Lean Hybrid Muscle Building System and I can’t wait to train with them and pick their brains for some new tips that I can then share here on my blog.

Not at all, I loved every minute of the sky dive and the landing was smooth as could be. I thought it would be harder than it was. Granted it was a huge adrenaline rush, but we never had a hitch.

I’ve posted the video online at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEBB-m2SruE

Thanks for the comment, glad to be able to help inspire you with your workouts. Knowing that I’m helping others in turn helps motivate and inspire me as well. It’s an upward spiral.
