Picture this…

You are out in the middle of a lush green jungle, you are totally relaxed and asleep in a little thatched palm roof villa just off the beach, the soft gentle breeze is blowing in off the water, the sun is rising over the horizon, and you are gently awaken to the beautiful sound of tropical birds chirping…You jump out of bed and what’s the first thing on your mind???
Hitting the gym and working out of course LOL… 😉 What else would a hardcore muscle-head want to do?

But you realize that there isn’t a single gym around for miles, so what do you do in such a situation?

    huh, what a fun and inspiring series of videos! the reversed flies with dumbells is still one of those exercises that still hit me right in my face and and get me tired the quickest lol… and I always thought rubber bands are for housewives. shame on me I guess.

  • Way to get creative Lee, I actually just purchased some bands so that I could incorporate some cable type movements at home where I train because i have no actuall cable equipment. they work well

  • When you get creative it’s amazing how many exercises you can do with rubber bands. I even take my bands with me to the gym and use them for certain isolation moves because they work better then free weights for providing constant tension.

    I’m trying to improve the shape of my triceps. In your opinion, what 2-3 exercises are best for defining the lateral head Lee? I did purchase the bands that you recommended through Body Lastic. Excellent quality. Are there any extremely effective tricep exercises for the lateral head using those? As always, thanks Lee!

    I haven’t weighed myself lately, but I’ve purposely kept my body weight down. I guess I’ve gained about 10 or 15 pounds max since the show.
