    You have NO idea how many people at my gym would actually try that tip…they love whipping those pull downs hard and FAST (I think if you do them really fast, and you do, like, a hundred of them, it makes your arms get really big, right? LOL) Of course, if your phone rings in the middle of it, and your trainer has to stop counting so you can take the call, it wrecks the momentum…it’s probably better just to do 10 at a time and rest about 10 minutes in between sets (the 10 minutes goes by really fast when you’re on the phone or shooting the breeze with a friend). Don’t you just love January? That’s when all of the real serious folks join the gym!

    Funny! Sad part if I did that in my gym next week you would see ten guys in white wife beaters with 12 inch arms doing the whole stack. Maybe I’ll do it as a goof.

    This is great idea for adding fifty bucks to your bank account also. I’m going to use this trick to bet some of the guys I can rep the full stack plus fifty…..
    Lets see how many of them are on the site. I’ll let you know how it plays out.

    I to tried this but I have always had a hard time with tri’s so I was only able to get an extra 10 out of it but I’m gonna stick with it, I promise!

    Well I’m 200 bucks richer this morning and I got a date with this girl I’ve been trying to get to go out with me for the longest on Saturday. She laughed her A$% off!!!!!! You guys are the best.     Since I am 66yrs. young I doubt very much if I could push down an entire stack plus two 25lb plates. But using a smaller amount of weight might work. I will have to give it a

    you guys know your stuff! i tried this exercise and after just one week i was able two add 100 lbs to my push down the same way, it really does work! laugh my f**ckin *ss off!!!!!!!!!!
