Prowler High Intensity Muscular Endurance Workout
|
The Prowler is a killer workout for building up muscular endurance in the legs, hips, arms, and shoulders. This video is of my initial trial of the prowler and I was impressed by just how hard this machine really is.
If you have access to one, I highly recommend incorporating it as part of your workouts. Simply doing a 5-10 laps with this machine at the end of your workouts will really help build up your overall conditioning. Another big plus to this is it will really get that lactic acid burn going throughout your legs, which is great for stimulating natural Growth Hormone release. |

Elbow Tendonitis Exercises
One of the root causes of elbow tendonitis (i.e. tennis elbow or golfers elbow) is having a muscle imbalance in your forearms. Very often the muscles that grip and close the hand (forearm flexors) are over worked compared to the muscles that open the hand (forearm extensors) and this causes the tendons to pull unevenly creating pain and discomfort in the tendons.
So what I’m going to show here in this video is a simple exercise that you can do at home that will help balance out your forearm development, strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments of your forearms.
This will literally only take you 3 minutes per day, but it will work wonders if you are currently suffering from any form of elbow tendonitis injury.
And if you’d like to maximize the development of your forearms, I’d highly recommend that you include Heavy Grips Hand Grippers as part of your exercise routine.
By regularly doing gripping exercises to work the forearm flexors, as well as opening exercises to work the forearm extensors, you will strengthen your entire hands and build strong muscular forearms.

Upper Body Circuit Workout Routine
This is an upper body circuit workout that my good friend Dave Ruel (aka “The Muscle Cook”) and I did while we were on vacation in Cuba a couple months ago.
We made the most of the little resort gym, granted it was small, but it served our needs. By doing a fast paced, high rep, circuit routine you can still get a great pump up.
It was a nice change of pace from our regular “power bodybuilding” workouts.
Note:
For the next 36 hours Dave is running a special promo on his
Anabolic Cooking Bodybuilding Nutritional System!
And as an extra Bonus I’m adding in a FREE copy of the “Blast Your Biceps” Online DVD that Dave and I filmed together. This video contains some serious heavy hardcore off-season training footage. Both Dave and I hit some of our personal best lifts in this video.

Back Up Your Bench Press With Chest Supported Rows
One of the best ways to help increase your bench press (or any exercise for that matter) is to build up the agonist and antagonist muscle groups to help develop balance and proportion throughout your body. And the opposite of a bench press is a chest supported row. So in this video I’m going to demonstrate how to use the hammer strength seated row machine to help build up your bench.

600 Pound Bench Press Video!
Here is a video clip of my buddy Mike Westerdal benching in the
APF Florida State Powerlifting Championships on Feb 27th, 2010
Mike opened up with a 600 pound bench which he nailed.

For his 3rd attempt he tried 650 but just couldn’t lock it out.
This video shows that Mike knows his sh!t when it comes to benching big weights!
He weighed in at 241 for this meet so hitting 630 is more then 2 1/2 times his bodyweight!
