Build Big Arms: Hybrid Tricep Extension & Press
This is a killer tricep exercise to help you build big muscular arms. It’s a hybrid move of a tricep extension and an incline dumbbell press. This allows for heavyweights to be lifted and doesn’t place much stress the elbows.
