Bodybuilding Coaching Club Survey

Hey there,
It’s your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here, and I need YOUR help with a project I’m working on…

I’m always looking for new ways to improve the quality of bodybuilding & fitness coaching that I provide my online followers, such as yourself.

As you know, I do provide a fair bit of training and nutritional advice via my blog, e-mails, YouTube videos, and interacting with folks on my facebook page. And I’m assuming it’s because of that stuff you are here reading this blog post right now 😉

In addition to that, I also offer e-books, DVD’s, and customized diet and training programs for guys who want to work with me personally and get more direct help with reaching their bodybuilding and fitness goals.

Now I’m still going to keep doing what I’m doing with regards to sharing training videos, blog posts, etc. But I’m working on creating an even higher level “Inner Circle Coaching Club” for guys who want to work with me personally and have me coach them directly.

You see every single day I get several hundred e-mail from guys asking me to help them with their workouts, help them with their diets, and basically coach them with reaching their bodybuilding and fitness goals.

As of this blog post there are 33,000+ subscribers following me on YouTube. There are 21,000+ followers on the Total Fitness Bodybuilding Facebook Page, plus there are tens of thousands more who just follow my website and don’t even have a facebook or YouTube account.

So with thousands of online followers, you can imagine that equals hundreds of e-mails. And as much as I would like to sit down and answer each and every one of those e-mails, it’s physically impossible, there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

So rather then simply ignoring them, or passing them off to my customer service staff. I’m going to provide an “Inner Circle Coaching Club” for guys who are really serious about taking their training to the next level and who want to work with me personally.

And this is where I NEED YOUR HELP…

You see I’ve got a good idea of how I want to organize this coaching club. But since this is meant for YOU, I want your feedback as to what you would like to see offered in this program.

    i never realy tought of hiring a personal training , i said do what i know do it all by myself
    i am from morocco , i do that gram of protein per bodyweight carbs fats macronutrients calculator
    i am an ectomorph what made it even harder to fill out ,
    ive been training for 3 years i gainer 18 kg but i don’t look that big , here is my typical day :
    morning : 4 whole eggs , 30 gr of oats
    after 2 hours : 2 scoops of mutant mass
    after 3 hours : 150 gr of chiken and 120 gr of pasta
    after 3 hours : cereals milk banana after it 2.5 gr of creatine and 3 capsules of bcaas
    train
    after taining again 2.5 gr of creatine 3 capsules of bcaas
    after hour or so 150 gr of chiken and 150 gr of pasta
    after 3 hours greek yogurt banana
    now thats my best day , somedays i cut allot of stuff or add allot of stuff
    pealse i need big help , even just tips would be awesome man , wish you good day

    Hello coach how are you,
    I have a complicated situation, I’m injured by the ACL: Anterior Cruciate Ligament in my knee, and I made the surgery for 4 months ago, and I’m doing the physical therapy for nearly 2 months now, and as you know I have approx. 4 months to be normal as past, I’m doing this treatment at the gym everyday except Friday, and It’s available for me to workout at the gym I mean the upper muscle, my question is: I’m now workout my leg muscle for my treatment for 3 to 4 hours daily include other treatments for my knee like(balancing, resistance ,…), and meantime I wanna workout my upper muscle and take supplements because I measure 187 height and 64 weigh !!, so how I can do this, please help me.
