Belly Fat Bull Sh!t…

Chances are you’ve probably heard some of the fitness gurus talking a lot about these
“Belly Fat Diet Plans” lately… Especially this new one called: 7 Day Belly Blast Diet

Now I can see where they are coming from, because a lot of people who are relatively new to working out would like to lose their pudgy “Belly Fat”. But that’s not how it works in the real world.

If you are an advanced bodybuilding and fitness enthusiast, than you already know that you can’t just lose “Belly Fat”. You lose (or gain) bodyfat all over your body. You just can’t pin point and tell your body to ONLY burn blubber off your belly.

So the whole concept of a “Belly Fat Diet Plan” is misleading to some degree. But it’s the way average folks describe where they want to lose the most of their blubber.

This is a Pet Peeve of mine…

It bugs the crap out of me when I hear people talking about losing “Belly Fat”. They should instead focus on getting leaner all over, and this will also take care of trimming down their belly as well.

Anyway, with that being said. The new 7 Day Belly Blast Diet program by Josh Bezoni is actually a pretty solid fat loss nutrition program (despite the cheesy name).

I took a look at the program material myself and it does cover a very solid and effective fat loss diet in great detail. Bottom line, if you follow this plan as outlined you WILL lose bodyfat all over your body (not just your belly).

So if you consider yourself lost when it comes to fat loss nutrition, and you need a solid diet plan to follow NOW that will help you lose that ugly layer of soft mushy blubber, than the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet would be a great program to follow.

However, if you are already in great shape now and consider yourself “Lean”. Than this is NOT the program for you. You’d be better off taking things to a higher level and getting a specialized training and nutrition program designed especially for you and your unique fitness goals.

The Bottom Line…

If you are clueless about fat loss nutrition and need to get started on the right track, I would recommend that you check out the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet program because it will help big time and move you closer towards reaching your fat loss goals.

But if you are already in great shape now and understand nutrition quite well, than don’t bother with this program, you’d be better off going with an advanced Customized Nutrition Program such as the ones I offer right here on my website.

    It’s a solid product and will certainly put people on the right track to fat loss nutrition. But I think it just sounds so cheesy to call it a “Belly Fat Diet”.

    What if someone has chubby cheeks, are we going to come out with a “chubby cheek diet”?

    Or if someone has a double chin, will you need the “Chin Chiseler Diet”?

    What if someone has a big butt… Will we come out with the “Fat Ass Diet” LOL

    Well the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet will help trim down a fat ass as well. Just change the name to the “7 Day Ass Blast Diet” LOL

    I read your blog and am on your email distribution.
    How many of these diet plans do we see? They just sell one after another after another. They seem to all be benefiting each other too. What a scam. It doesnt help when you turn on the TV and watch someone on the Biggest Loser go from 367 to 337 in one week. I mean how many of us have that much to lose.
    I have all of my bf in my abdomen. Men seem to store it there. You cant lose it without losing bf elsewhere. You need to control your diet, sugar, metabolism, hormones. etc. Many factors into play. A solid cardio/weight training/diet plan is what works. You can lose bf and maybe some muscle and look a hell of a lot better just because the bf is down and the muscles are more defined and look bigger.

    I couldn’t agree with you more! Belly Fat Blast “diets” may help in the general fat loss for overweight people, but its just a ridiculous turn off for the bodybuilding world!

    I was just kidding. I would have to muscle up for years before I would dare get the wife a fatloss book for Christmas. Actually better to do more sprinting work. LOL
