    Actually Joel & Arnel did a pretty kick ass job with this program, I was presently surprised when I went through all the material. It’s very well put together, not like some of the half baked fitness programs you’ll see out there.

    Hey Lee, checked out the 1000 cal challenge. The one guy looks like he needs to take it himself. They bombarded me with emails about 4 or 5 a day. Rather stick with your advice.
