Upper Body Circuit Workout Routine
This is an upper body circuit workout that my good friend Dave Ruel (aka “The Muscle Cook”) and I did while we were on vacation in Cuba a couple months ago.
We made the most of the little resort gym, granted it was small, but it served our needs. By doing a fast paced, high rep, circuit routine you can still get a great pump up.
It was a nice change of pace from our regular “power bodybuilding” workouts.

Thanks guys! My wife was born in Havana, Cuba so I will be having her watch the beginning part. Great pump! I hate doing light weight too, but man do you get a pump doing light circuits. I do body weight stuff if I can’t get to a gym on vacations, but you guys got lucky.

The pull down bar wasn’t out far enough from the machine and my torso would drag up against the back rest for the leg raise station. It was a cheap machine, not very well laid out. (Quote)
