I need a mass and strength program because i have been training for about three years now and have hit a serious road block my weight has not increased over 81kgs in 6 months and i am finding it near impossible to find anything to add them extra kgs to my lifts so that i am able to meet my dream lifts.
I be one of the first people to follow a program wrote by yourself and Mike would make it all the sweeter after following you online for so long from over here in england and using some of the killer tips that have realy helped me in the past letting me know how good your programs are!! (Quote)

I want a mass gaining and strength program to improve my lifts and my physique because I have a passion for bodybuilding and powerlifting. Both are my fields of interest, creating the sculpted body and pushing the big plates. I have been training for three years now, and I am currently 21 years old. I have experienced almost every kind of mass and strength program available to me including 3-day splits, 4-day splits, full-body workouts, calisthenics, crossfit, and gymnastics. A proven mass and power building training system would greatly benefit me as well as the fitness community. All the programs out there do have strengths and weaknesses, but there is no one program that works for every solitary person. All bodies are different, and there is no one program that can fit every body. I have done blast your bench and increase my bench press by a lot. I need a proven mass and power building training system to hasten up my gains and show people just how effective your systems can be. I also have a bodybuilding competition next year I am looking forward to and I have to prepare for it. I think your program can do the trick. (Quote)

Having been training now for some years, I’ve managed to “shave off” some 12% body fat and increase muscular size and strength. But, Lee, I still need to lose a further 10% body fat but have hit a long plateau and need something to kick-start the fat burning again whilst not losing muscle. The Power Building program sounds to be just what is needed – and from your and Mike’s tips over the past few years I have faith in a program you’ve put together to give it a shot.
Here’s hoping that I can then deliver! (Quote)

I am 55 years old and hope to live a long a healthy life. I have seen both my parents and my wife’s parents lose muscle mass as they aged. As they lost their muscle mass, their quality of life deteriated. None of our parents lifted a finger, diet wise or exercise wise, to stem their decline.
I have been lifting and watching my diet for a number of years now. Although I am in good shape for a 55 year old, I would like to go beyond the point that I am in right now. My challange to you – will this program work for a commited 55 year old? (Quote)

It’s important to me because with a big powerful body I’d get more respect from my peers. Not one of those steroid pumped muscles that grow every time you sneeze but a functional one. I believe if you want an awe inspiring head turning body your gonna have to sweat blood for it. Hey even if I’m not one of the lucky people to win this I’m probably gonna buy it anyhow. If it’s anything like I’m expecting it’s well worth the buy. (Quote)

Hey Lee, I would love to be considered for this power-building system! I’ve been lifting off and on over the past 5yrs but the last year and half and I have really been consistent and not with just my exercise, but with my diet. I’m still experimenting a lot with different workouts and diets to try to figure out what works the best for me. I have done your blast your bench and biceps workouts and had real gains from those programs. I also have the anabolic cookbook to help with my diet. The missing piece is the guidance I feel I need to give me the confidence I’m on the right track from someone with expericence who has done this on there own. I look forward to the opportunity and will work my a** off if selected.

Just because I am a woman doesn’t mean I don’t want a strong, muscular body! Most women are afraid of mucle, I think it is a symbol of strength and confidence. Right now it is important to me because I don’t want to head into middle age being soft and fluffly. I want to get past the plateu’s that I have been stuck at over the past years and to have a proven program to follow would be ideal! (Quote)

Hi Lee, awesome stuff you send out to us. The reason why I would like to get a hold on a proven “mass and strength building” program is… I’m 38 years old, at 5’11 weighing about 210lbs…I’ve always been a hardgainer, which as you know, I have to workout extra hard all the time to be able to put on any size. I have competed in Europe about 15 years ago. Now that I’m 38, I would like to compete again without making a fool out of myself. I feel a have hit a plateau. I have tried and followed many of your tips which have been working for me, so I trust that whatever you have in regards to “mass and strength”, will definitely work. Let me have a shot a this, please. Best regards,

Hey Lee,
I need a powerful workout and mass building program for the simple reason that I want to prove to everyone that I know that it is not all show. I have been training for about two years, and I have seen some significant gains in that time. my only downfall would be nuitrition which I have been paying more close attention to. I have followed every workout technique that you have put on on your blog and I have seen everyone of your youtube videos. They have helped me become who I am today. Mainly I want to put on the mass for myself. I want to achieve the look that so many people strive for and are struggling to get to. I want to be the average joe off the street that can amaze everyone as soon as I walk into the room. Please help me out and help me to achieve my goal. I am very dedicated to getting this way and I have more determination than most people even dream about.
Thanks Lee,

Lee, I have been training since I was 13 or 14 years old. Now I am 42 and competing in powerlifting meets with my son – age 17. I need a quallty mass and power building system to help me (and my son) push our limits and break through plateaus. He is a football player and wrestler and I am an old codger trying to stay a few steps ahead of his son and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Training together has been a great experience for us both, but the last thing I want to do is pass along any of the bad habits I’ve (invariably) acquired over the years. This program would be an ideal way for me in insure not only that I’m doing the right things, but he is as well. I’m working on grooming the next generation of strongmen, you know

I love training and since reading other books I came to the conclusion that muscle mass (hypertrophy) must be balanced with power (or strength).
Ith relatively easy to picture muscle building with heavy weights, but it is hard to find the optimum combination; too much weight and there’s more power gaining than muscle and too much volume and less power training (or strength) will create more of a strength deficit. Each have different advantages and dis advantages. Finding the right combo for one’s particular genetics requires a deeper analys into training different individuals with different bodytypes and muscle fibers (slow-twich (I) and fast-ywich(II)) . Having one single workout regiment that is used by hundreds of people whould do nothing to put some mind into training too (if you get what I mean). Personally I whould like to read is and I hope it rises up to my challange! (Quote)

Hey Lee & Mike, I’m 21 years old and I have been busting my ass in the gym and eating the right way for 3 years now, but I still have no results to show for my hard work ( I still look small and scrawny)!!! The most frustrating thing about it is that I really do put the time and effort to put on muscle mass but I just can’t seem to get any results. Having some quality muscle mass has been a dream of mine ever since I was little. Also, I feel that once I have put on some good quality muscle mass, then i’ll finally have the self-esteem and confidence that I’ve been wanting for so long!! …(And hopefully I would start getting some attention from the ladies for once! haha). I could be one of your success stories.
Thanks guys

I need a strength and mass building program because this is my life. Im 21 years old and im extremely committed but not extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been lifting seriously for the past 3 years and have seen massive gains throughout those years, however i am still not happy with my strength and size. Hey, It would be great to get a copy of this new program. I would fully implement what the program says and put the program to the test. I have been working out for about a year and a half now ( 23 years old), and started out making okay gains, my bench press is up to 260 lb max ( nothing to brag about) and my mind is set on getting 3 plates ( 315) and beyond. Right now I use a 4 day split, and am looking to switch up to a different routine to trick the muscles into new growth. So help a brother out with a new program. (Quote)

Lee, I’m going to be honest with you.. I don’t really know what I’m doing. Plain as that, that’s why I subscribed to your news letters to begin with. I’ve only been training for a little over a year now but I have made some somewhat Ideal gains, but nothing great being I don’t have so much experience in lifting so I have to learn from others and the majority of the time ”others” don’t know what the heck they’re talking about. I’m sick of being told wrong info or different things by people all the time. I need a good solid workout routine that’s going to give me size aswell as the strength I need. I will be starting college football in the fall also and being only 17 I am at a disadvantage naturally. Also I would like this program because be honest, who doesn’t want to be strong and have a muscular physique. Lee I need the ‘Proven mass and powerbuilding program’ you and Mike have worked hard I’m sure to put together. (Quote)

I just graduated from my high school Magna cum Laude with a GPA of 3.82 and a 1930 on the SAT. I am 18 years old, 6 foot 6, 195 pounds and can bench 220. I played varsity basketball for my high school and am going to be playing D-III level college basketball next fall. I’ve been working out for about 3 years now and have had significant muscle mass gains but I need a program that I can do this summer that will push me significantly over the 200 pound mark so that I can compete better down low in the post next year. I can’t seem to get over 200 pounds. The most I’ve ever weighed was 197. My goal is to be 215 in at least 6 months. I hope this program can help get me there. My grades prove that I can and do work hard and accomplish things. I want to be the best basketball player that I can be and am ready to work hard for it. Thanks Lee! (Quote)

Hi Lee & Mike,
I need this program! I am 28 years old and have just turned my life around! After struggling with alcohol and drugs for a large period of my adult life I have now began to rebuild my spirit, my mind and my body. LEE!! Building a very strong and extremely powerful muscular body is most definitely 1 of my top goals. I started working out weighing in at 130 soaking wet. Walking into the gym i only knew the basics but then quickly picked up different excercises and techniques and began getting some good results all around. All of a sudden people are treatin me differntly at work public everywhere so i got addicted very quickly haha which also got me in a trap. Since i had no idea what i was doing i was trying to do every single differnt excercise and technique people were doing for that particular muscle group and led me into overtraining i was trying to rep out every set every time i went and just crushed my body. This is about the time i discovered your web page and learned a s**t ton from you. So my workouts changed and again got some great results! Now it seems like im just stuck. Im at 155 and id really just love the knowledge from your program to really straighten out my workouts and take it up to the next level! I wana WOW people haha so yes building a great body is very important to me in life period it makes my job easier and people are alot nicer to me lol. Thanks for the opportunity Lee! (Quote)

To me the importance for weightlifting, strength training, or just over all exercise, is to learn how to discipline yourself for any given situation, physically speaking of coarse. To learn how to accomplish this the true and correct way, without having to come out of pocket with hundreds of dollars, is just priceless.
So to be given the opportunity to have such useful information by my side at any given time, is something I could only dream of having. Thanks for all your other help Lee. (Quote)

Hi Lee, I believe I deserve this free offer because..well i don’t deserve it really. I’m a 15 years old and have been in the gym since I was 13. I have been reading advice from your site for about 2 years. You have been the most helpful ingredient to my muscle building. I basically hang on your every word. But I also believe I should win because I enjoy trips to the gym (school, basement, club gym, etc.) like no other. I cherish every trip and could spend over 5 ours in the gym, in fact, I’m usually booted out by my parents. I go to the gym every day, switching my target muscle every time. Over the past two years I’ve gone from a small, lanky, and weak 120lb. To a huge, beach body 155lb. I would think of this muscle building program as a chance of a lifetime. Thank you for reading Lee, and whoever you choose to win, I just want to say thank you so much for all the help you’ve given me. You have been an inspiration for me and my body. (Quote)

I have a few reasons why it is important to me to build a big, strong, muscular body. First is just the feeling of being stronger and in good physical condition. I have two young boys and I want to be able to keep up with their energy levels and their ability to just go,go,go all day. Being in great muscular shape makes that easier and I want to be around as long as I can with them so staying in good condition will make sure I am there for them. I also want to be a good influence and example for them when it comes to health and physical condition so they may follow in my footsteps and learn the importance and benefits of being in good shape. Second is the great feeling you get from others noticing the hard work you put in to achieve your fitness goals. Compliments feel awsome! Thirdly I want to look good for my wife. She deserves it.
Now why I NEED this program is simple. It is quite evident that to achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time is to follow a program. Keep a log and stick with it consistently. Now seeing your results and dedication and your knowledge of strength training, who better to show me exactly what to do and when to do it then you Lee. I am a small man (5’6″, 150lbs) and my goal is to build muscle and maintain a high level of fitness. Come on Lee, help me out with goals….I’d really appreciate it. (Quote)
June 11, 2010
I have been training consistently for over 5 years but have made little progress in the last 2 years. I am 6’1”, was 140lb when I started and I am now about 185lb with only a little higher percentage of bodyfat. I was always very self conscious about being so skinny and gaining 45 lbs had definitely helped with that but I am still not where I want to be. I have used your Blast Your Bench and Blast Your Biceps programs and both have given me good results but not the full body size and strength gains that I really want. My ultimate goal is to get up to a fairly lean 220lb. My current bench, squat, and dead are 245lb, 225lb, and 365lb. My long term goals are 300, 400, and 500. I am tall and lanky so the squat has never been a very strong lift for me. I am a firefighter, and although I am able to do the job now, I know that the additional strength would greatly benefit me, my fellow firefighters and the citizens of the communities that we protect. I am the best choice for receiving a copy of this program because I am determined to reach my fitness goal and develop the body and power that I have wanted for many years. I just need your expertise to guide me and since this program was designed by a bodybuilder and a powerlifter, I think it is exactly what I need.
Thank You (Quote)

Damn this looks good! Well let’s start off with a strong body is important to me not only for the confidence, but as a way to push myself to new limits. Let’s just say i’m pretty sure i have some decent genetics on my side. I have only been working out for around 6 months, and i started with a 95lb bench press, now to a 270lb bench press ( And other impressive lifts that have nearly tripled in strength) just by going into the gym 6 days a week and working out what i think needed to be worked, haha so i’m pretty much clueless workout wise. I beleive with a program made by you two who in short terms know their shit, that my strength would be taken to new levels and i could compete in contests which i want to do!!! (Quote)

i’m 19 years old, used to be county rugby and a euthastic down the gym, in my early days at 16yr after leaving school I really took an interest into lifting and it’s outside the gym information on nutrition and how it impacts your daily life. In my last year of 6th form I took a double fracture on my knee n into cast for 9 weeks. This took hurt me deep as all my muscle was lost nearly due to lack of eating n unable to do activities. Years on now, i REALLY want to get back into fitness in the summer for the new year, this book would really inspire me to read through whilst putting my effort into accuring the right nutritional products and diet.
This could be a long shot but if i was to recieve the book, i would start doing a journal, a well recommended thing by many expert lifters. This could include training info, weekly pictures and what my diet has been. I wouldn’t say i’ve looked at all of the information on this site but exercises such as I watched doing deltoid flys after benching to get rid of the acid from chest are amazing to read and ACTUALLY see the results. Top chap.

Hey Lee and Mike,
I am 29 yrs old and have been training since I was 18. I have made some great gains over that time period. I regularly follow you emails and youtube videos. The main reason I want/need your mass and strength program is I am a police officer and in this job you require the “show and go”. In my opinion nothing demands more respect than a physically fit and confident person in uniform. I have been in some serious sticky situations and I believe it was my dedication to weight training that helped me “survive”. I need your program to get to the next level.
Thanks,

I’m 43 years old and I started “serious” weight lifting just this past July 2009. In the past I have been lifting weights just for the heck of it, no serious goals and my objectives were pretty superficial. I would make a go at it then stop totally all together. This was in my younger years. Now that I’ve gotten more older and wiser, the “need” to become more healthy was becoming apparent. Before I embarked on a serious determination to be physically fit, I did a lot a research and the idea of weight lifting always hovered my mind. In one of these research, I came across LeeHayward.com and found insights that were pretty down to earth, real world scenarios where a common individual like me could actually follow your advise. I started lifting weights and at my age, I have made great progress that has made me appreciate my body and have a positive outlook on a healthy life. Ever since becoming a “follower” of your site, I have learned valuable tips and advises that I have incorporated in my workouts. From a starting bench press of just lifting the bar for about a month, I have progressed to a lifting weight right now of about 140lbs and I can 1-rep max 150lbs. Not much for a beginner like me who’s only been lifting for a year but I am very proud of the achievements I have made over the past year. Its been over a year and I have not looked back. And the benefits I am reaping right now from a slow struggle to a maintained attitude has boosted my self confidence in terms of how I look and how I feel. I have gotten stronger, my body has taken shape and form that I have not imagined of ever having. Although I am far from having a ripped form like you do Lee, I know with a lot of hard work and enthusiasm, I would get to where I would like to be. In one year of lifting weights, I have lost weight (around 25lbs) and I have gained some form in my chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders. People at work noticed this physiological change, my family noticed the change. And every time I hear them say something is music to my ears. Although competing is the farthest thing from my mind, my first and foremost objective in building a strong, muscular body is to be healthy. And then all other things follow. Thanks so much for your tips and advises. It has made me appreciate my body more than I can ever imagine. Weight lifting has provided me with a drive to strive for more. Thank you so much! (Quote)

Hi Lee . I want to have muscular body mainly for one reason and I will tell you a story now . I’ve been training consistently for 2 years. In the beginning I was 140 lb ,and although I have advanced a lot in terms of lifting weights ,I am stuck at 150 …and I’ve been having hard times breaking through this plateau..It all started when my father 4 years ago wanted me to go to the gym to train (he was like 200 lbs) ,and he was a natural competitor in our region …, but at the times I was unwilling to train,I was lazy , stationed in front of the computer,so I didn’t go with him… And 3 years ago he had to leave to work in another country ,and since then I haven’t seen him anymore. The main reason for my determination is that when I meet him ( I don’t know where or when) I want to show him that his efforts were worth it ,and that I haven’t failed him. It may seem strange at first glance, but this hope gives me energy every time that I train..Although I have progressed in terms of weight and strength, I still look skinny and in order to improve my physique I need these killer tips which are included in this program . So the bottom line is that if I win ,I can actually achieve my goal faster than I’ve ever imagined and prove to everyone(mainly my father) that with the right mindset, training, nutrition,(of course-drug free),everything is achievable. Hey Lee, Just wanted to thank you first for all the solid information and advise you give out on a regular basis, very helpful. I am 44 and have been training for over a year now making somewhat decent gains. I always think that my age is holding me back a bit, after all i am in my mid 40′s. Dont really know if this program you and Mike have will help, but if it does you will have a true believer in me and all the friends who I have turned on to your website. All I can say is consider giving this old dog a shot at your program, and I promise Ill give it my all. Thanks for your consideration (Quote)

Hi Lee,
I would like to try your program because I am 50 years old, diabetic, have high blood pressure, and high colesteral, had lower back surgery to remove a ruptured disc, and I’m divorced. But, one of my main goals in life right now, is with all these things working agaisnt me, I want to acheive a 405 bench press, without using steroids. I want to do it all naturally. And I think your program may help me acheive that goal. I’ve used your bench press program with success and I beleive this new one will follow suite.

Dear Lee,
I am a 6’4″ 190lb sophomore in college with single digit body-fat %. I grew up obese and out of shape and have transformed my body through hard work. Unfortunately because of my hight and natural width I cannot seem to thicken my chest and break through my 200lb plateau. I have dedicated my life to the fitness industry, and am majoring in Exercise Science with my final goal to become a Physical Therapist. I strive for perfection in everything that I do so that one day I may achieve greatness. Thank You for your time. (Quote)

Hey there Lee !
I’m from Québec City and french is my first language, so I’m sorry if my english is not perfect
I’m 21 years old and I’ve been training for three years now, and some of the exercises you post regularly have become an important part of my training. When I started back in 2007, I was 125 pounds and ridiculously “spaguetti noodle” like. Now, I’m weighing 155 pounds, lifting great charges for my weight, and I am really proud of what I’ve achieved, with only strong will and perseverance. Building my body has given me confidence, strength and the changes have literally blown back some people I knew three to five years ago. However, I know that to continue to make important muscle gains, I need a professional program and I know you can be trusted as a bodybuilding advisor, since I’ve tried many of your exercises. Personally, I think I’m one of the best examples of how a so-called hard-gainer can push the limits to get the body of his dreams, and I think your program could help me push those limits even further. I’m a firm believer of the “strong mind in a strong body” motto, and I think building a strong, powerful and huge body is a great key to success. I help lots of hard gainers to train since the last two years and you can see how mass gaining brings confidence. Basically, I want yet another tool to help build up my body and confidence, and help others build theirs. From zero to hero : that’s my story since I’m lifting weights

A couple of years ago, I injured my lower back performing squats and developed sciatica . I began to feel, look and act old. I am 47years old but have always been told that I look much younger. Due to the injury, I was unable to work out and began to feel depressed. I had just broken up with my girlfriend a month before the injury and was getting pumped up to start dating again.
Unfortunately, I ended up taking meds for almost everything. More recently, I found out that many of these meds could have a negative impact on “T” levels and cause muscle atrophy. I decided I wasn’t going to go out like that, so I found info on T boosting exercises, and slowly began working out again. I then told my doc that I wanted to stop the meds and return to health the natural way, with him as a monitor. Three weeks later… my blood pressure and cholesterol went down, and “T” levels went up!
The key here is that I plan to build muscle and strength to my fullest potential, and feel your system would greatly help with that goal. I’ve already found your videos helpful in learning good form. In fact, after watching your squat video, I’m now squatting in good form 250lbs- 50lbs more than before injury!
Also, as I continue to build muscle and strength with your program, I’m sure I’ll be getting many compliments and will become your walking advertisement! LOL! (Quote)

Hey Lee, Here’s my story I started working out 3 years ago I an 5’6″ and i was obese at 260 pounds i started working out hitting the weights and doing cardio and in 8 months i lost a hundred pound with my own diet and excercise routine then a year ago i tried a popular infomercial program and got down to 140 with very low body fat but do to the the massive weight loss i just didnt feel comfortable with the saggy skin so over the last 9 months ive been using you tips and trying to bulk ive put on about 10 pounds of muscle but i would like to take my training to the next leve and i believe that your program could help. your tips have already helped me raise my 1 rep max bench fron 245 to 300. right now im unemployed so buying a new program is out of the question . So even though ive accomplished alot in terms of my health and fitness i would love to gain more strength and gain more mass to fill out some more and help me feel more confident about my appearance I the type of person who is going to follow the program to a to the best of my ability i work home but i have a bench, power rack, cable pull down, dumbells and barbells so there are some movements i would have to improvise.
Thanks for all your advice (Quote)

Hey Lee,
My reasons why I need your program,is because I want to look good while having the strength to back it up. Im 25 going on 26.And I weigh a scrawny 146lbs. My entire family is out of shape. With your program I truly believe I can get my family back into shape. They already see what I do now. And how dedicated I’ve become in my training. But If I could add some serious MASS & STRENGTH, than I know that they would want to follow in my foot steps to a healthier stronger lifestyle. (Quote)

Hi, Lee and all people resding this!
Thank you all for your emails. I hope, that you agree with me in certain things. It is important for all human beings to enjoy life, to use their possibilities to learn and set a nice example for others to benefit of.
During the years (73), I have learned, that we have to pay attention to our neighbours and their best interests. If we manage to do that, our own happiness will grow and we can lead a more manageful life, than if we only look for our own good.
I want to do my best to develop myself both bodily and mentally, to set the best example possible to me, for old-aged and also younger people to see, that it can and will be done, if we only believe, that using certain methods, and being a faithful trainer, we can do a lot to change ourselves for better, strong and good loooking individuals.
I have used a lot of my time to study the various training methods and courses through the Internet during the last few years. I have a collection of about 40 files of printed material from about 17 Internet coaches, approximately more than 2000 pages of good advice, how to train. Many, many ebooks! Perhaps too many, but very interesting literal materia.
Sure, I have learned, that there are many different opinions, how to develop your body to its ultimate condition.
One thing, I have noticed by now, is that what ever you do, be wholehearted and keep going with patience! That, and only that will give you the results you are looking after!
Thank you, Lee, that you have shown the world a way to make the best of our lives. You have also been very unselfish to give out so much free information, both written and through videos, and all with a personal touch and good example!

One Thursday, I went to workout at the local gym. As I get ready to lift, I see a couple of friends from my high school a year younger than me working out. As I do my set of barbell rows, they approach me as I finish my set. “Hey Nathan, let’s go bench!” they tell me. “2 more sets and I’ll go over there.” As I finish my lift I approach the bench and my friends are already setting up the plates. They seem impressed by my rows and compliment me on how strong I am. They even poke my chest to see how tight it is. As we put a plate and 15lbs on each side, they tell me to go first. As I finish my way through my 6th rep huffing and puffing, one of them sits on the bench and performs 7 flawless reps! I was devastated. I could not grasp the idea that I come to the gym four days a week with perfect consistency for almost two years now and this kid still out lifts me. At that point I realized that looks are not all. I’ve had great nutrition since I started lifting and that’s why I’ve put on some muscle, but that does not necessarily mean I’ve gained strength. Using the Mass and Power Building Training System I will be able to show those kids who they are messing with, and that my muscle mass is actually more than pure show. (Quote)

I have been weightlifting for about 1 year and I really want results. I want to look stronger and better for the beach this Summer and I don’t want to look super skinny and weak in the gym in front of all the other strong guys there. Dear Lee, please help me out! What’s up Lee,
I want to get big but unfortunately my genetics kind of hold me down a bit. I’m a pure ectomorph, but I don’t care because I’ve made tremendous progress by following your tips that you give us. My Bwt is 118lbs. I’m currently 16yrs old. I’ve been what people call “dieting” since Nov. 4, 2009. On the other hand I’ve been lifting weights since I was about 14, but back then I didn’t really focus on hitting all bodyparts and also my nutrition SUCKED back then, but now I just keep it plain and simple, but I keep my Carbs really high along with Lots of Protein and Healthy Fats. I plan to compete as soon as I hear about a local show, but where I live at there hasn’t been any since a long time ago.
Building a a big, strong, muscular body is INDEED very important to me because of many reasons.
Reason # 1. Who doesn’t want to be BIG & STRONG!
Reason # 2. I want to beat my genetics.
Reason # 3. It helps ALOT! If someone tries to hurt you physically you can defend yourself because you ARE STRONG!
Reason # 4. If I follow this program I may get even more drastic results. Why? Well because I already made some good gains by following your tips so I would guess by following a program I would get WAY better results.
Well thanks Lee for uploading al of your videos on youtube and sharing with us magnificent tips about EVERYTHING! Thanks gain man!

wow Lee. just got this email a while ago and so many entries.
well, i’ll tell you why i need this program.
i am currently 165lb, 6′ tall. i’d like to get back into competitive martial arts (as a blackbelt in kenpo). when i was doing amateur kickboxing i was 195lb and solid. over the years due to lack of time, money, and training, i got a bit soft. lately, i was able to get rid of the excess bodyfat, but still miss that larger, useable physique i once had. i not only want to simply get stronger for the gym, i need to have the useable mass to hit harder and faster, get those takedowns and control guys that have a larger physique. i’d probably have to fight at 170 and i’m small mass-wise compared to most of the guys i know competing. i feel that competitive burn coming back and sadly i don’t have the finances at this time for a full personal training routine at the gym. this sounds like something i could totally make use of, it’s just that i don’t have the cash to get to 185lb, strong, solid and functionally.
cheers man, and thanks for the emails!

I would like the program for a few reasons. I have had a history of injuries from playing football, which include my right shoulder, lower back, and knee. My doctor told me that I need to strengthen up and build muscle to help avoid further injury. Prior to my injury, I was training with weights very hard and I luckily still have a decent amount of muscle and an ok body, as I am working out again and trying to get stronger and more muscular. However, I would like to get “bigger, faster, and stronger.” Please help me out, as I wish to be totally active again, but this time looking like a total beast! ![]()

hey lee,
after watching your videos on u tube and reading your insights, you have unlocked a passion of wanting to be fit, i am much older than probably most of your followers, but i have a desire to be around for my youngest son and my grandkids, just a little about me i am 46 yo. and weight 311 i started working out when i was 16 got stupid had a couple of kids and stopped working out . recently i was told that i have diabetes a needed to take meds to control it so i decided that its back to the gym i go! so i’ve started and got the blood pressure down and the blood sugar back down no more meds etc.
so here i am at the gym and feeling no progress except the control of lifes major fluids. but i’m looking around thinking look at these older guys same age group and they are just going thru for what to say they are in shape i don’t wanna look like i’m just there. i wanna look like i did when i was in my 20′s and realistically i won’t but why not try and make it happen getting rid of the man boobs and trying to get rid of the spared tire that turned sideways when i swallowed it and now i need to get rid of it . so i ask you is there hope for a 46 yo man to get back into shape to feel better and look better for myself and my family. Lee,
There is a couple reasons for me why I need this program. I used to play professional hockey and now have picken this up as my hobby. I don’t want to be huge but I want to gain some lean mass. I am currently at a road block b/c I feel that I haven’t made the gains I used to. I really want to switch it up. My wife and I have been living a healthy lifestyle for our kids. My son is 2 and I want to make sure when he’s 18 I can still take him down..lol. But seriously I need some good change in routine to get out of this rut and would love your help in the process. My goal isn’t to be monsterous but to really look like I take care of myself. (Quote)
I want to be big and huge. Power is a must. This is not drag racing where you have a beat up car with a monster engine. You want the look as well as the power. I’m 6’2″. At 21 I was 153lbs. Now at 29 I’m 240lbs. More muscle as well as power, but it’s never enough. I want to be 280lbs. 300 if it looks good. If you take this sport seriously, it’s nearly impossible to look at yourself in the mirror and say, ” Dang I look good”. It’s not lifting weights, it’s the pursuit of perfection. Perfection only exists in one’s mind. It’s the bigger man inside that makes you lift more than what you can. Sometimes you want to tell him to shut the f??k up, but the respect for him is to great. Reality will never let you know that this pursuit is never ending. People see you and say ” Your a monster”, but you see a boy. Power will look at you and laugh because Mass is telling you different. Mass is a bodybuilder’s friend, but Power wont even look at you until you ask him for forgiveness. Ask me if Power goes with Mass and I will tell you how long did it take you to figure that out. Power looks like nothing without Mass and vice versa. I will never stop and anyone that can help is my friend. Anyone that is in my way can only be me. Aspire to be better than yourself. (Quote)

I’m not someone who has been training for years, or someone who is trying to compete professionally. I am a 16 yr. old teenager who is stuck in a 5’7” and 120lb Body. I have been training for over a year now, following Lee online, and have struggled to put on a couple hundred grams of weight. My workouts are fairly intense, I have begun taking whey protein, and I go the gym four days a week, but the gains just aren’t coming. Worse yet, in the last month I have hit a wall, making almost no strength gains in the last 2 and ½ weeks. I have exhausted all the routine’s that I know and I really feel that using a structured program with set workouts is the only option I have to make it through this plateau.
My motivation almost parallel’s what I heard Lee talking about on the last Body Building Talk Show when he first began training. I am a shy high school student, who doesn’t necessarily get bullied but is pushed around by my friends for being the small guy. I hope that getting bigger and having a hobby that I am really dedicated to will help change this and also looking good for the girls would be nice too
I am taking a CIT course this summer at a camp and taking lifeguarding course’s, I feel with my current body that I will not be taken seriously.
Thanks for reading my life’s story! (Quote)

Ever since I saw Pumping Iron when I was 15 and a half years old I knew I wanted to be a bodybuilder. But not only did I want to look powerful, I wanted to be powerful. Now I am 19 and I have made excellent progress thus far. I went from 5’8″ and skinny fat to 5’9″ 190 pounds and at an 8% body fat. I achieved this progress from sheer determination and hard work and am still implementing these principles to this day. The problem is that no matter what program I do or how perfect I make my nutrition I cannot gain any more mass or strength. My diet at the moment consists of 270 grams of protein 250 grams of carbs and 120 grams of fat. All of this adds up to 3160 calories and is all from extremely clean sources. Lee, working out is my life and I know that I am perfect for this program. All of your tips so far have been extremely beneficial and I know that this program will be the solution to my problem. Thank you for holding this contest and for your consideration.

I want to build a big, strong and muscular body to show everyone that I’m fit and strong. Your body is part of your looks (duh) and I want to achieve this body to feel convident and leave a impression that is beyond avarage. Your body shows that you can be dedicated and set goals and achieve your goals. These impressions will help me achieve other important goals in life. It’s some sort of certificate of dedication.
Strenght is also very important, because most people think bodybuilders are just body’s filled with air. I am the only male in my household and I have to protect my mother and sister and a big, strong and muscular body will help me with that. I am truly dedicated, but after so much reading, I just don’t know what works best.
I have seen Lee’s and Mike’s amazing body’s and power. I really want to achieve this aswell. I’m really dedicated and train 3-4 days a week, but I just don’t know what program I have to follow and my results are lacking. There are many different programs for hypertrophy and strenght, but I do not know what really works, how to combine than and get maximum results. I really believe you guys made a great program because you already have great programs and achievements. That’s why I need your proven mass and power building training system! (Quote)

The reason I need the, Mass & Power Building Workout Training System, is that I have been routinely going to the gym and pushing myself hard everytime I go. I eat right and folow your every email and try to use every valuable piece of advice I can find. Im becoming quite frustrated though, I have made a few gains and I am slightly bigger and stronger than most my friends, but only slightly, and most of them don’t even go to the gym. My friends are aware of how often I workout and how committed I am as they have sat infront of me eating BigMacs whilst I eat a bit of meat and some brown rice. I don’t smoke and rarely drink alcohol. The reason I am getting really frustrated is that I am more committed to my goals than anybody I know, yet I get compared to friends/people I know, who don’t eat right and just sit doing bicep curls in the gym and are noticabley bigger and more muscular than me and frequently get asked why I’m not larger than I am. I have never given up on my goals even when I think that I have no hope, I just continue to give my all to my dream of becoming large and strong. This is why I not only need this programme, but why I deserve to have it. (Quote)

Lee, I need this program for personal and professional use. I am a full time police officer and strength and size are essential part of the job. I am 38 years old and have in the recent years just started to be able to work out hard. I was finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease after suffering for many years being malnourished. I have always lifted and worked out but never had any gains due to the Celiac taking away all nutrients. At 38 I am into mass building late and have a goal to compete in a body building show in for my 44 birthday. I was down to 118 lbs when I was finally diagnosed 7 years ago I now am 195 at 5’11”. I would love to use your program and within my department and FOP lodge many people are looking for something that works. I would love to use it and show them how it could work for them. Either way Lee thanks for your site I have bought and used your hand grippers, blast your biceps and appreciate your tips that come each week. (Quote)

To be muscular and strong is a primal urge of most men. We have the choice to nurture this goal and to achieve our maximum physique or to sit on the sidelines and just lament the physique of neglect and no self respect. I have come to appreciate this urge for a great physique later in life than most men, but the fire is real and drives me to work daily to go as far as I possibly can in both muscular size and strength It took time for me to realize many men have the same elemental drives as I do, that the community of bodybuilders is supportive, and that successful bodybuilders, like Lee and his associates, want to help us all to achieve the best bodies we can. Serious bodybuilders, like me and many others, need coaching, sound advice, and healthful approaches to develop bodies better than when we started training. I’m a 16 year old living in Japan, and I had spent most of my life in the states, and just moved here a year ago. My parents forced me into a Japanese school, and I was not able to fit in at all, because can barely speak Japanese. I got picked on, and some of the bigger guys intimidated me.
However, the girls were kind to me, and I got on well with them. but i couldnt talk to them because every time I did, a bigger guy would come and intimidate me away. So i started working out. It was great. I put on so much msucle, and confidence as a result. But I am still not as big as Id like to be, and I think your programme is what I need to get me to that level, so I can finally stand up to those guys who think they’re superior becuase of their size. I equate size with strength. I know it’s not always true but with me it is. I’m not naturally strong so increases come as my measurements increase. I have really wimpy legs even with hard effort squats, leg curls and what I feel is good nutrition and rest. I want to set a new world’s record in the shot-put for my senior age group. My body doesn’t move quickly like a young person’s so I need double their strength to achieve the same distance. Besides that I want blow everyone’s mind as a model of what the ‘elderly’ can achieve with reasonable health, effort and a great program. I’m five years into my current self administered program with flexible experimentation mainly to increase my strength. Now finally all the muscles groups are responding with a good pump and visible muscularity.
But with an objective, seasoned new program I could achieve my goals quicker. It takes an outside pair of eyes to correct and guide your efforts sometimes regardless of your determination and grit. (Quote)

Skinny, scrawny, toothpick, beansprout, twig, stick…You name it, I’ve been called it. Pounding away at the weights and stuffing your face with food every 2 hours with minimal or no gains to show for is something I, or anybody else shouldn’t have to go through. In these days, the first thing people judge you on is your appearance, and unfortunately, mine is not a great first impression. For the past couple months, I have been looking at your training tips, and i have visited Mike’s website. If you guys combined your tips and techniques together into a program, I think the results could be phenomenal. This program would be my ticket to massive muscle, massive strength and massive confidence. Those 3 things would mean the start of a new me, and a better life. (Quote)

Hey Lee! I am a big fan of your vids and the reason I should get this program, is because I’m a hardgainer still struggling in the gym trying to put some size on. I’ve made very minimal plateaus and would like to take it up to the next level! I want to feel extremely confident and not being overlooked as a small guy. I’m 5’1 132 lbs. I am learning everything I can about fitness and different exercises to compensate along with my training as well as learning new exercises. I can have a whole new beginning and pack on muscle mass faster than the average guy. You have actually motivated me to be more confident and to never give up. I will never give up! Everyone thinks I’m not able to acheive this, but I know that I can without question!!! I also need this so that I don’t get picked on or bullies and to be honest… I want to impress the ladies! Destiny for me is near… and with this program it’ll be endless possibility. (Quote)
Awesome posts so far, thanks for sharing your comments!
This one is going to be a tough contest to judge. But don’t let that discourage you, please post your comments as to why you feel you deserve a copy of this New Mass & Strength Training System…
It may come down to simply selecting out the most detailed comments, and then doing a random draw of 5 people. So it’s still fair game for everyone to win one of the 5 FREE copies.
Good Luck! (Quote)

I’m 53 years old, and have been working out most of my adult life. Fitness is the true love of my life (don’t tell my wife I said that). I had shoulder surgery about 6 years ago, and couldn’t work out for 6+months. I trimmed down quite a bit, and have never been able to put the size back on. I eat very well and workout 4-6 days a week, depending on the type of training I’m doing. Most people think I’m in great shape; I don’t need to be as big as I was 20 or 30 years ago, but I would like to add some size. I’ve tried a lot of different workouts, I’m hoping yours will truly work. The only area that I “feel small” is my chest. Thanks for reading this, (Quote)

Hey Lee,
I have been training for 34 years. At the age of 51, I pride myself on my physical condition and in the fact that I don’t need any prescription drugs of any type. Five years ago I was diagnosed with an operable brain tumor. My first question to the doctor….can I still train? Three months after surgery, after losing both my hearing and balance on my right side, I was back to the gym, and five months later I climbed Mt. Kathadin and crossed the Knife’s Edge in Maine.Three years ago I had a total hip replacement, it took 4 months before I had a bar across my traps. Only could squat with an empty bar to start. But training is what I love. I have trained alone at my own home gym for the past 17 years. I run my own sand products business which is physically demanding. In a normal day I handle 40-50 tons of bagged sand, I am a one-man-band. I am a true believer of ” The body becomes it’s function.” If you demand of it, it will reward you for the challenge!
However, in the past year I have been experiencing the most stubborn training plateau of my life. My strength seems to have dropped slightly and my muscle mass has become harder and harder to retain….sucks gettin old!
I will tell you that your program intrigues me. As a coach I believe you want to put out your best training methods. As a 51 year old trainer you won’t find a more committed guinea pig to try them on. (Quote)

Lee, I am going to be a junior in high school next year, and need your help. I am about 5’5″ 120, and I wrestle and pole vault for my school. The reason I need your book is to keep my Varsity spot on the wrestling team. There is a lot of people surrounding my current weight that i may have to wrestle off for the spot. I may be forced to bulk up huge to wrestle a higher weight. I really need to be able to get my posterior chain and legs extremely powerful. I would not mind improving my bench as well(160 with slight help). It would be a lie to say i dont want this to look great, but I need it for sports. Regardless of whether I get a Varsity spot or JV, im sick of getting stuck on my back during my match. Im sick of watching the other guy get his hand raised victoriously. I have seen your before and after picture, and right now I am pretty strong, so I think with this gift from you, I could improve my wrestling greatly. I hope you will choose me, but if not, Do NOT choose someone whose ONLY reason for this is appearance. (Quote)

I want a mass building and strength program that works because all of the other ones that said they guarantee result gave me false hope. Not only that put I believe that I actually have one that works I can spread it to others like myself that haven’t found the answer to getting that mass. See I am 30 years old and went to my last football combine and didn’t make it because I got a grade of 5 on my size out of 10. So my size has crushed my goal and dream to play professional football. So in the end maybe I can finally get the size I have been kooking for for all these years (Quote)

Lee, the word that stood out to me was “strength.” Not just looking huge and looking good, but also having the strength to back it up and use for everyday activities. My days of football and throwing are long over at 30 now, and my time is focused on my taking care of things around the house, my family, etc. Developing strength and power for these everyday activities is what i am all about. Like being able to push my car to help jump start it the other day. Being able to carry my 7 month old kid around all day without my back getting tired. Being able to pick up heavy items around the house without damaging something and having the energy to do it everyday. Not to mention the added benefits of increased metabolism, etc that come with it. I currently work out and follow many of the tips you provide on your site, but the extra tips from this new program plus the added discipline would provide me with the opportunity to get the strength level I want to be at. Thanks Lee! (Quote)

One reason that I would want to build a big, strong and muscular body is for my family.Being the sole breadwinner,I realised that I must get stronger, physically fit and healthy to support my family. The program will absolutely improve my life, changing me from being a weak person into a stronger person.I must become a role model for my children too.
With a better body,it would not just help myself tremendously but also helping others too in the gym, letting them know what working out is all about with my knowledge.
Thanks Lee. (Quote)

The reason I want to get bigger, stronger, and more muscular is because I have been lifting weights for 2 years now and I work really hard at it and I just havent been getting much success and my chest isnt big at all and I cant get my abs at all. Everyone always tells me ( how come you are really strong and work out a lot but dont have a nice body or a chest or anything and I tell them i dont know) and I eat a lot of healthy foods and protein and everything I need to do to get bigger and stronger ill do. I’m going in to my senior year and I hurt my colar bone 4 months back and its fully healed and I just cant get my bench and all my upper body strength back at all. I went from benching 255×4 to 155×6 and I been working real hard for 2 months now and my bench hasnt gone up at all and my body fat hasnt gone done either. (Quote)

I think I should get this free program because I havent had any success at lifting at all. If you would see me in person and watch me lift then see my body results you would be like (wow, how come you havent got any results in 3 years of lifting) I would really like to get bigger and stronger to have a healthier, better body, and live longer life! Thanks Lee! (Quote)

I am her primary care giver. I MUST be strong. My chief recreation is working out in my home gym. I measure my success by competing in the annual Nevada Senior Games. I compete in the “Power Lifting” and “Fitness” competitions. I point to that one extremely enjoyable and rewarding day every year. (Quote)

I have one reason to build a healthy, strong body. To live longer. I was injured in Iraq in 2006 in an IED explosion. I lost my left leg above the knee and suffered serious burns. Those injuries alone have taken years off my life that Im fighting everyday to keep. I’ve been going to the gym regularly now for sometime but its starting to reach that plateau. I’ve been a subscriber of yours now for quite awhile and have had some success following your tips. But now is the time to take it to the next step and reach that hard, strong body that I want. I may even be able to take this to the next limit and start training for paralympic type sports. My main goal in all of this is just to be as healthy as I can be for as long as possible. Im only 24 and I refuse to let my injuries stop me from starting a family and living a long fruitful life. This tool well help me jumpstart and take my fitness to the next level. I live in a tough at risk neighbourhood, which means there is a food chain and competition for everything is tough. I am not involved with criminal activity, as I have the fortune of having parental support, guidance and enforcement. Nonetheless, I am a part of the neighbourhood and it is a part of me and while I will be graduating next month and going on to university in order to improve living conditions, I still have to live in ‘tha hood’. I have a great deal of friends who are from every range of the spectrum – angels to demons. I also love to play basketball, as does every one of my friends and, wouldn’t you know it, some of the devil’s enemies and people who are higher up in the chain. As I have been consistently focusing on my studies, I have not had the time to physically enhance myself to a point where I can be confident in my abilities to pull my own weight. I would like this new taining system in order that I may increase in strength and not get pushed around on the court due to my lack of strength. Benefitting from this training system would not only make me a more confident individual, it would also help me stand up for my more passive friends. Thus, obtaining this training system will not only improve my life, it will also benefit those around me. (Quote)

I need a mass building and power strength program because I’m a high school student looking to gain solid muscle for wrestling next year if I can put on 20lbs by feburary I think I can win the state championship and possibly challenge for the national title. my nutrition is good but I am stuck In a plateau. I would really like to bench press 300 by the end of the summer I’m only 20lbs short but as I said I’m stuck in a plateau. Another reason I need the strength and mass system is because today in the sports world you need to be lifting all offseason to hang with the best. I think that if I had the mass gaining and strength program this would help me greatly. thanks for all you do lee. (Quote)

The ‘Why’ of the question is most important and fundamental aspect of life. For me building a better body is about a way of life one chooses to follow. I have vowed to be professionally improvising throughout my life and being bigger & stronger is improvising on my physical, mental and emotional life. I think building a big, strong, muscular body requires goal focus & discipline, fighting through pain when going gets tough, knowing when to push as well as when to stop, proper techniques, proper planning as well as proper execution and so much more, and these principles will make you successful in any profession. Building a bigger and better body is only field wherein one can success with own eyes and set examples for himself to follow in one’s own other chosen spheres of life.
‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’ will reinforce my thinking of planning & execution and remind me that there is still lot to be done for your body. (Quote)

Hi I’m Tim, I have just started getting into strength training and have been seeing some good results. However I feel i need to arm myself with a good well rounded program to push me a whole lot further. Six weeks ago i weighed 69kg (152lb) and since then have gained 6kg (13lb). I am currently studying full time and as a consequence have a plenty of time to devote to my challenge of making it to 80kg (176lb). The results i have seen so far (although modest) have given me a great boost in both motivation and self-confidence as well as feeling much stronger and healthier. I suspect that the Mass & Power Building Training System has what it takes for me to reach my goals. Cheers Tim (Australia) (Quote)

I have already tried your programs for building a physique and that they worked very well and produced the best gains for me. Your program, i believe , will offer alot more as i continue my transformation journey.

A body that not only looks strong but actually -is- strong is one of the greatest investments you can make for yourself. As a gold miner, I need to physically be in the best shape I can be to handle the day to day challenges of such a manual job. Not only on the clock, but off the clock having the muscles to ‘walk the walk’ that your physique ‘talks’ brings in massive returns. From avoiding confrontations to boosting confidence to just being more healthy, it is the smart investment.
When I’m not working, I’m studying full time. Therefore, making the time to workout is difficult enough, never mind finding the time to plan out a truly effective program that works to both build mass and functional strength. This is why I need a ‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’ to help me reach my goals; I have the dedication, I have the desire, all I need is someone to show me the right direction. Hi Lee and Mike,
I desperately need your mass and strength program. I’m 54 years old and in January of this year I weighed 290lbs, all fat! I’m now down to 226lbs and still have more to go but I need to build strength and mass. Up to now all I have done is try to retain what little muscle I have. I want to add mass AND strength. I have had a complete change of attitude about my health and the way I look.(it’s about time!) and although I’ve been doing cardio everyday and working out with weights 3 times a week, either at home or the gym, I’m not gaining strength or mass. I’ve tried to ask for help but I really haven’t gotten any that has been consistent. You two have a proven track record of success and I would feel honored to be taught by you. Plus, think of how great the before and after pictures of me would be for future advertising!! Thank you for your consideration. (Quote)

Okey, long story short, I’ve been thin like since I started school, but I haven’t felt motivated to gain some muscles or eat more than I should. Later on, I started to go to the gym, take supplement(which I’ve heard is pure scam of money) and been trying eat some more. now its gone halv year since I started to work out, and the results arent what hoped for. I dont know If its either the exercises I doing wrong, or the amount of sets/reps. Maybe its the whole workout-program that its totally wrong… I dont know. So if I got this opportunity to be one of the 5, it would change my life.

Well Lee, my physique is a prime component of what constitutes people’s first impression of me. Therefore it makes perfect sense that I should do everything within my capability to sculpt that first impression with a physique that’s respectable and admirable.
I want a tremendously muscular and powerful body so that I can strut around with confidence knowing that chicks are checking me out and guys have their mouths gaping wide open with amazement as they stare in disbelief. This mass and power building program will aid me in dominating the gym and prove that I possess the high functional strength that my soon to be bulging biceps and horseshoe triceps imply. This surge in size and strength will no doubt bestow onto me the self confidence and self respect that I deserve, and moreover serve as an inspiration to others.
I like setting goals and having to work hard to achieve them, because it makes it so much more fulfilling when you do finally achieve it. My attitude of consistency and dedication is already in place, all I require now is the gift of knowledge.

I am not a bodybuilder though I always wanted to be since I was 15 years old. I was told by a Local Semi Pro when I was younger I lacked the genetics and it hurt me so I gave up on that dream. I have to take about thirteen different pills a day. Thyroid pure T3, Medicine to suppress my immune system, Blood Pressure and to top It all off I have the Testosterone level of an 85 year old man.
There is no cure the disease though I am hopefully. It causes me trouble writing this letter because my knuckles are swollen. Understand I am not writing this to win anything, If I do I do. I am writing this to let you know people like me exist and knowing how you really care because your always sending out advice to help people acceive thier goals, I thought you might like to know you inspire me and even if I am never win a damn thing in my life. I win because I overcome so much when I get out of bed in the morning.
I am sure there are those out there who want to get Big and Massive so they can strut their stuff. I just want to get strong and live a healthy life. You know it really humbbles you when you can’t shake someone hand firm because you don’t have the strength. I used to shake a mans hand like a man now when someone shakes my hand I am always afraid that it’s going to get crushed because the medicine I take leaches the calicum from my bones. I feel like I have HIV or something but I didn’t sleep with anyone or do anything to get it. This is something I was born with and only when I got sick with BOOP Bronchiolitis obliterans with organizing pneumonia did it become active. Well if nothing else I got to write and tell my story. Thanks for reading my run on sentences.

Hi Lee!
I’m in need of a muscle & strength program for a lot of reasons. First of all I faced a serious plateau like some others here. But the problem is, even in more expensive gyms, most coaches don’t tell you anything but BS due to the fact that they either consume anabolics or have a lack of information themselves.
So more than two years after I discovered your Website containing so much valuable information (which is rare these days) I’m sure that your program would be the only one worth trusting and effective!
All the best,

Building a big, strong, and muscular body is important to me because two years ago I was diagnosed with type 1 dieabetes and before I left the hospital after being there a week they needed my height and weight. I was 6ft 3in and 140 lbs. Now i’m a much better same height but 210 lbs. Now i’m stuck in a rut like you would say, with my lifting and I could use a good program like this to help me out with my lifting so I can continue to get bigger and stronger because I would like to show people that even after getting this desease I can still achieve any goal that I want to. Also I believe that if I can get a muscular body frame from this program I could be a role model to other teens with deseases and show them that there isn’t anything that can slow you down in life from achieving your goals. So I could really use this program so I can get out of my platue in lifting and continue to get bigger and a lot more stronger! (Quote)

Hey Lee,
I am 60 yrs. old and have worked out off and on my whole adult life. When I was a teen I was skinny and have always wanted more muscle. As I got older it got harder and harder to keep the belly fat off and to gain lean muscle. For the last 4 yrs I have tried to stick to a consistent workout program. I read your emails and have tried incorporating the instructions you recommend. I have seen some strength gain and have lowered my blood pressure, but my puny arms never seem to get any bigger and my belly remains the same. I change my workout often, but it just doesn’t seem to make any difference. Maybe with your program I can finally put on some mass, that I have longed for my whole adult life. I am tired of being the old grandpa with the little arms and big belly. My grandson says he wants to have a big belly like his grandpa, but I would prefer he had a small belly and big arms like his grandpa. Thanks for considering my entry. (Quote)

Hi lee,
First of all, i wanna say you are an inspiration to me. Im 16 years old, 6′ 1 and 150 pounds. Im tired of being picked on because im so skinny. I have some strength for my age..but from my size you wouldnt be able to tell. I wake up 3 days a week morning at 5 am to go to the gym and workout. I eat very healthy big meals every 3 hours, but still am not gaining any size. I want to look like someone who actually goes to the gym. My family owns a christmas tree farm and so if i got bigger and stronger it would help them and everyone who comes to visit. I have great dedication and determination, so with this program i think i can do what i always hoped. Thank you for considering my entry (Quote)

I grew up as a chubby kid. Battling fat has always been a problem for me, but through martial arts and fitness training I have been able to slim down and get stronger. I am usually the big guy in the group, but everyone seems to be stronger than me, at least pound-for-pound, if not overall. It is embarrassing to be the big guy and still just be on the up side of average. Sure, I don’t get made fun of any more, but it eats away at the back of my mind. As a practical martial artist, strength is necessary, and when it comes to competition, those in my weight class are smaller, and stronger. A proven system of mass and strength building might just help me tip the scales and put on that extra 15 pounds of muscle that I want.
This may all be my ego, which I know to leave out of the gym, but it’s a necessary part of my sanity. I try not to let the past haunt me, and only live in the moment, but sometimes I look in the mirror and just see that chubby kid. I need my Captain America moment, that moment when I see the transformation, and feel it down to my core that I am ready to take on anything. (Quote)

Hi, Lee and Mike: After competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting back in the 70′s and early 80′s, I grew fat in addition to growing old.
After dieting down (from my high of 355) to a present weight of 275, I’m now starting to level out and the weight isn’t changning much. So I know I need to get back my strength and muscle mass and make the metabolism fire-up again.
I know my way around the weightroom, but now I’m wondering if it is possible to teach an old dog some new tricks? Well, I’d sure like to find out, and I think you guys could be just the ones to do it.
Give this old dog a chance and let’s see what we can do together. Thanks! (Quote)

Ever since I was 10 years old I have wrestled. starting at a whopping 48 kg, I was always that small guy who would get out muscled. It was like David and goliath (I was definately David)! I am now 19 years old and have been consistantly working out for 2 years now (with the help of Lee!). My goal is to go up a weight class and win yet I can’t seem to find the strength or mass
to compete in the above weight classes. This is why I need a free copy in order to reach my goals! Thanks for everything so far Lee! and thank you Mike! (Quote)

Ever since I was a young kid, I’ve been big. Not the good kind of big. I’ve been fat. Growing up with a weight problem was tough. I was ridiculed at school, had no confidence or self-esteem. Even the thought of asking a girl to a dance was out of the question because I was so disgusted with myself that I didn’t want to know what she thought. At the ripe age of 20 I haven’t changed a bit. I’m still overweight. I joined my local volunteer fire department, its in my blood. Running up 6 flights of stairs with an extra 60lbs on my frame is damn near impossible. I need to get into the greatest shape of my life to help protect everyone else. I need to get my confidence to an all time high. I need to wake up and feel great every morning because I know I will be great. (Quote)

At the same time I am building muscle by leaps & bounds. I am the talk in this small state of Delaware. I want to compete in a show in a couple of months but I want my muscle to be functional. I work for the postal service and we are required to lift @ least70 lbs. And my husband and I are dairy farmers.I am obsessed with being strong. I want to be the strongest woman in our gym. Lee, Mike,
First of all I send you my greetings from Norway. I live i Oslo, Norway. I have had 10 years of absence from the gym. I do like sports, but in this time I have primarily been active in kickboxing.
However I have reentered the gym, because I want a strong and flexible body. I would emphasise strength building. Why? It is because of comfort and it helps a lot in other sports. It is much better in any aspect to have strength! The training helps you also to keep fit, look good and not to forget, it helps your hormone production.

I haven’t given up on that dream but I know the clock is ticking. PLEASE help give me the motivation and direction I need to make it happen. Thanks for your inspirational website and help me make this happen! (Quote)

I am 51 years old and have been working out, on-and-off, for the last 25 years. During my early years of training, I did not always warmup properly or use good lifting technique. Now, I find that at my age, the aches and pains have become chronic, and I have to train much smarter than before, and train through the pains of tendonitis and lower back strains. It is very difficult to make consistant gains in strength. After about 40 years of age, the body tends to naturally loose strength and muscle mass, so any lengthy gaps in training due to injuries, cause significant set backs.
I need a tailored training program that will allow me to continue to make strength gains and avoid injuries as I get older. I started training for power at age 49, and want to compete in the Masters Division, but have missed the last two events in my area due to injuries sustained just one and two weeks before the competion, first a hamstring pull suffered while deadlifting, and the other a lower back strain.
Please help me out by selecting me to receive your customized Power-Building program.
Thank you. (Quote)

I need a proven mass and power building training system to help me achieve my fitness goals now! I’m 30 years old and have been training naturally for 10 years. I have descent muscle size and descent strength but not great and not the level of either that I’d like to have. I want the best of both worlds which is muscle and power. I want to show everyone that getting older doesn’t have to mean getting weaker and smaller. I’m also not a full time body builder. I work a demanding professional job and want to show everyone that with the proper training system, you can achieve your fitness goals and have the body of your dreams! Help me realize my dream and potential with your proven mass and power building training system! I will work hard and be your next success story. (Quote)

The reason I would like this program is because of my career choice. I am preparing to become a law enforcement officer. I my line of duty I need to be as fit and strong as possible to deal with anything that may be thrown my way, whether it be suspects, or assisting a citizen in distress. I need to be at my peak physical strength and endurance to ensure I can do my job to my greatest possible potential. I need to be strong if I come across someone who is larger than me and wants to cause bodily harm to myself or others. The strength would allow me to better protect myself from that person as well protect others. On a more individual note my training has plateaued every once in a while and it would a nice change of pace to get the results I desire. That would be to be strong as an ox with the size to go along with it. Having a more effective strength and mass program would allow me to reach my goals to getting me a better body and giving the tools to better protect myself in my chosen career. (Quote)
Hi guys, I am a 13 y.o. Wrestler and Football player. I compete nationally in Wrestling. I have been seriously weight training for 2 years now. I just completed the “Blast your Bench” program (with the supervion of my Dad) and had a 15 lb. increase from my one rep max! In my sports strength is so important, especially Wrestling. I have not seen growth gains yet but, I definately have noticed strength gains. I know weight training will be a part of my life for a long time. My Dad and strength coach, was shocked at how well the “Blast your Bench” program worked. We believe your training methods are the best. We are using your General Workout Routines now and both my Dad I can’t wait to get to the gym. If “Blast your Bench” worked so well for me I know this program will help me develope the strength I need to be successful in my sports. Also, I want to say that I have never sustained an injury from lifting, it has not “stunted” my growth and I feel weight training has kept me healthy physically and mentally. I am a straight A student and train just as hard in the classroom! Thank You! (Quote)

Gentlemen,
As a father of seven, I need to continue to train not only myself but my sons, three of which are local young men without a positive role model in their lives. I affirm that the strength of a power lifter in a bodybuilder’s package is a better physique for life. Not only can you stay young and fit, you maintain your vitality as you move down the road on your journey through life. I have trained off and on for many years but did my best training and made the most gains while in Afghanistan, as a member of the military. I want to continue to train myself and also pass on my knowledge to my children and grandchildren. I am beginning to train my daugther for her continued wrestling career in high school. This DVD offers me an opportunity to enhance our training and get huge! (Quote)

I need this program to build functional fitness for my job. I am a 43 year old Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps and have always struggled with bodyfat. This program can not only make me look better, it will make me perform better and possibly save my life and the lives of those around me. I also have a 1 year old who keeps me moving all the time. I’m not looking to increase body weight (currently about 245 and 6’6″ tall), just convert what I have from fat to muscle so I can throw around those young guys when we are training and the bad guys when we are not. And maybe turn a few of the Marines around me on to your program as well. Thank you for all information you have already provided us. (Quote)

Hello. My reasons for wanting your system begin with my job. Currently, I work as a firefighter and paramedic. As you know, doing my job requires strength and conditioning whether you are pulling a hose into a fire, pulling victims out, extricating victims from car crashes, carrying sick or injured people up or down several flights of stairs, or, at times, rescuing other firefighters, every aspect of my job requires muscular strength. Your system will not only benefit me, but also all those I serve and serve with. Thank you! (Quote)

Its about family. I started working out in the basement with my dad 22 years ago. Now I have two boys (3 & 5). They watch me work out sometimes and I can’t wait ’til they can join me. My wife also watches me sometimes, and working out pays off : ). However, I am 6 ’3 and 175 right now. I have a hard time maintaining lean muscle and strength. I lost 15 pounds this year on a strength program trying to stay lean (I did get stronger). When I try to add mass, I always put on too much fat and I lose my muscle trying to cut. My wife is always complimentary, but I know she likes the way I look when I’m closer to 200. Also, I have always had a AWFUL bench (long arms) and dismal squat (scrawny legs). HELP!! I have been working for a non-profit helping college students get into international service work and I don’t have much income.

At 43 I’m at a point where the quality of life while aging is a major concern . Having a strong body and mind is paramount and I believe aftrer much research that the CRITICAL BENCH system is THE road to the strength and mental toughness that I seek. In an age of skyrocketing health care costs, over processed foods, drug resistant pathogens, and high stress, having a disease and mechanical trauma resistant body is a premium. The discipline and hard work that it will take to follow the CRITICAL BENCH dietary and exercise regime will yield dividens in the form of confidence, focus and of course above all a healthy and strong body. I have personally used several mini routines from the free articles on the CRITICAL BENCH site with very good results !! So much so that I have decided to challenge myself and go with the CRITICAL BENCH SYSTEM. The no nonsense and straight forward advice given by Mike Westerdal and other pros on the site have been invaluble to me and he has earned my trust, I can’t wait to get started !! (Quote)

Gentlemen: I want your program for several reasons.
#1 – I’m too cheap to pay for it.
#2 – at 48 years old, 5’7″ and 290+ pounds, I’m jacked and everyone wants to know how I got this way.
#3 – I’ve raised 4 boys, ages 13 thru 26 and with my help, they are all ridiculously ripped. Two Army LT’s, 1 is a Ranger, the other is Airborne & heading to Ranger School when he gets home from Iraq. My 14 year old is at 4% bodyfat & looks like a cast member from the movie “300″.
# 4 – I’m a cop & still kick ass when I need to.
# 5 – I coach a HS football team that looks to me for strength & conditioning needs.
# 6 – I want all the resources I can get my hands on.
The list could go on & on, but you know I deserve this.
Thanks. (Quote)

I am still going to the gym 5 days a week and pushing more than i ever have and I want to continue improving because sky is the limit regardless of my situation.
Because i have a lot of time and finances dedicated to getting better, i cannot afford this program at full price and i do not have much time to work on a program that can even compare to it. Sup Lee. Sup Mike. I believe I “Need” your new and improved Proven Mass and Power Building Training System to help me achieve my fitness goals because I pound away at the gym 4-5 times a week. I have lots of power behind my muscle, but minimal mass to walk the talk; I view and committed my life to working out and pumping iron. I eat my six balanced meals everyday and I’m always looking forward to hitting the gym; basically winning this contest will be a blessing. Check out my Facebook and my photos showing my progression as I workout on different workout routines; changes are minimal, but with your program I’m sure I’ll transform my body from “THIN TWIG TO A POWERFUL HEAVY SMASHING BRUTE.” Believe it or not you guys motivate me to reach my physical peak and with that alone is what pushes in order for I, one day, can enter a body building competetion; also motivate other people. i need this program because i wanna explore and find out every possible way to improve my body and learn new skills and exercises and may be i can achieve my dream of being a personal trainer, because working out is the only thing worthy that i do in my life and the only thing i do well.
i’m 23 now, i started working out 2 years ago
(i should v started long ago,but i didnt hv the knowlege, the equipments or even the money to join a gym at the time) but now and i have gained about 40 pounds of muscle, but i kinda reached a plateau and i dnt wanna stop here, really the sky is my only limit, and what makes things harder for me is that im all natural, i dont use steroids, and all my friends who work out do use, and this hard for me to keep up with them its always like eveyone is a head of me, so i keep on finding new exercise tricks and ways in order to keep my muscle stimulated through strength training, toning, or density exercises, so thats why i need ur program because it may be a change for me and im sure im gonna learn some new ways from it that will help me in my mission, because i already learned out out a lot from ur site and many other exercises on ur youtube channel . Lee,
About 7 months ago when I first ran in to your website via youtube I was 6 foot 3 inches and 350 pounds of pure fat. No muscle at all! I was a loser who was lazy and loved to eat my problems away. The only thing I ate was fast food, I smoked, and drank beer way too much. Something about your videos motivated me to do something about it. So I did. I changed my diet and started a workout program built around things I’ve learned from you. I am now 280 pounds! Thats 70 pounds down! I’m still not where I want to be. My strength is slowly building and I am definitely more muscular. I don’t want to loose weight and be skinny like the usual diet program promises. I want to be big and strong. I am 27 with 2 daughters and I want to do this for them as well as myself. I think now that I have the motivation and will power I will be able to put this program to good use. Even if you don’t choose me I still want to thank you for everything you’ve already done for me and continue to do. Thank you Lee!

Nothing increases the appearance of old age as much as puny muscles, pot gut, and gray hair.
As an experiment I have working with free weights. I have found that the more weight lifting I do the better I feel, I stand taller, sleep more soundly, and am more admired by both men and women of any age.
It is great to see the surprise of an older woman who grabs me by the arm and smiles when she realizes that the sleeve of my shirt is full of muscle and not just a bag of cloth. She even took a second feel to make sure!
A diet consisting of limited sugar increased protein and vegetables has dropped my weight by 10 pounds in the last couple of weeks. In the last month I have already gone from a flabby 38 inch waist to a trimmer 37 inches and still shrinking.
Lee; Thanks to your articles I think I can continue to increase my beef and decrease my BMI since the results are so much fun.
By following your articles, daily, I determined that I can be in better shape at 62 than I was at 50. (Quote)

I’m a high school teacher. Maybe it’s too much to say that I try to be a model for my students, but certainly I do my best to be congruent with my values. If I can show a strong and powerful body, I can demonstrate that you can achieve your goals with hard work, perseverance and good advices. Give me the third thing and I’ll provide the first two. Best wishes from Italy. (Quote)

I’m 45, retired military, retirement lead me down the wrong path, i became…. well a couch potato. Upon my divorce, i looked in the mirror and saw what i had become, something in my mind snapped, i decided to do what i had always wanted to do, build a physique that could compete, show the world my what I’m made of, but recently three things have occurred my oldest son has a child and now my youngest is going to be a father, and i have a new wife. Fat out of shape people don’t live long, and even if they do their in no shape to enjoy life or grandchildren. I’ve turned my life around, i watch what i eat, i train, slowly but surely things are changing, and i realize that it will take time and effort, both of which i have. But i want things to go beyond mere change, i want to make an impact, and i can only properly do that with the right tools. I’ve watched and read allot of Lee’s posts, watched him online, gleaned all i could from his website and that has caused a steady upswing in the re-composition of my body. I feel that with Lee’s program i can attain what i desire. Lee stands out among his peers and i know he has the knowledge i need to succeed. I want to show people that there is no age limit to good health and proper physique. (Quote)

Hey Lee, i really think i need this big opportunity that you are offering because lifting weights has become part of my life now. I started working out about two years ago and i was seriously just upset with my self all the time with the body i had. I was on the chubby side and i finally decided to do something about it and i decided to start lifting. Throughout the two years i have been lifting i have tried everything i have seen good gains and been through many road block because i don’t really see any results. I started researching bodybuilding and think that it has taught me good things about the proper ways to lift but now i am just looking for the perfect schedule to follow because the hardest thing for me is to help my self because i really don’t think i do the right exercises to get big but i can show people how to better themselves by lifting correctly. I would really appreciate this big opportunity that you are offering Lee.
Thanks for your time. Damian Ortiz (Quote)

I have been bodybuilding and powerlifting since I was 17 years old. Now I am 22 years old and started my personal training career over a year ago. I have nasm cpt ces and pes certifications but learned that you have to be able to talk the talk AND walk the walk. I have a wide variety of clients but if I could tranform myself into the best of both worlds I feel like I would be much more sucessful as a trainer. People love it when I can share my own personal sucess programs with them. Personally I hate having to switch between power routines and bodybuilding splits in order to obtain both goals. Your program seems to solve all my problems and is almost too good to be true. I’d love to put it and myself to the test and hopefully spread the good word. (Quote)
hey! im 14 years old. I am stuck on workingout. I trying to get strong for football season in highschool. I tried many things which helped me. But this one seems the best of all the other ones. I know muscle doesnt just appear in a week. It takes time for muscle to develop. But everything helps. If i win and this programs goes good i would metion it to all of team mates so they can go ahead and buy it too. (Quote)

In this time of HDTV,computers, fast food and snacks on the go the quality of life has deteriated, because we’re spoiled to “the good life”. In other words we’re getting lazy and not taking care of ourselves.I see people all around that looks as if it hurts to take the next step. I’m 61.I work out at home. I started getting serious 3yrs ago after having an aneurysm repaired on my aorta.I needed a routine.Typed it in google and thats how I found Lee.I was getting good info and very useful tips to increase muscle and lose bodyfat with unique exercises he would demonstrate on youtube. It’s important for us,ourselves, to take care of our body and a program like this for motivation.By the way Lee I stopped getting your emails about 5 weeks ago. Lee,
i ordered your “blast your bench” program years ago(still have it on floppy, lol!),loved it!!! it was really helpful, but since then i’ve gotten caught up in the “rat race” you know kids, job ,schedules, yadda, yadda!
December of 2007, my father was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer, and after numerous chemo reactions, radiation burns, anemia, dehydration, and several other complications he passed away in june of 2008 at our home in mississippi. he never was much for taking care of himself, but was a helluva guy to everyone else!!!
That was the proverbial “slap upside th’ head! for me. i’m hoping that this program will be what i need to be the healthiest and strongest i can be and hopefully not end up like my dad. R.I.P Chief!!

I am a shot putter on a DI track and field team. I feel that power building best describe the type of training that is perfect for me as a shot putter and being a power builder is the perfect physique that I need as a shot putter. Why do I need this program? I am coming up on my last year of collegiate track and want to go out with my best performance. Over the last four years my track team has had 5 different strength coaches, most of them were interns that didn’t care much about the track team and as a result I wasted a lot of time doing general strength programs geared toward people that haven’t lifted much. I feel that becoming a power builder will make up for lost time and help me to surprise my competitors at the next NCAA championships. Why is a power building program right for me? Being a power builder means that I will gain the strength I need to compete at a national. Having the body of a bodybuilder I won’t have any unnecessary body fat slowing me down allowing me to move as fast as possible in the ring. Having the look of a bodybuilder combined with speed and strength I will beat most of my competition mentally before the meet even starts. With a proven system I will no longer have to question if what I am doing is going to help me get better. (Quote)

Hey Lee n Mike,
I want your program because of several reasons;
1)To be big, strong muscular and healthy has always been my dream.
2)I enjoy lifting a lot so wanna push and pull as more as humanly possible.
3)Build strength.
4)Wanna loose last couple pounds of body fat so bad and get ripped.
5)Want washboard like abs.
6)Wanna add muscle.
7)Wanna get bigger and wider.
8)Wanna add inches to arms.
9)Want better conditioning.
10)To take control of my diet(something where I am so loose) according to your guidance.
11)Wanna be more flexible and agile.
12)I am a geek of bodybuilding(you can say) so searched a lot on the internet about my passion i.e bodybuilding. That brought me to you people. I visited the sites of both of you and also have subscribed to your newsletter which have helped me achieve success tremendously. I found your info very helpful and realistic. I mean ‘NO BULLSHIT’ on your part. The TRUTH is that what I have found on your every site, program, etc.
13)As I have seen you compete, being in great shape n always progressing and accomplishing, I put my trust on you people. And as a matter of fact, I have become a BIG FAN of yours. Being your FAN, STUDENT, FOLLOWER and STAUNCH BELIEVER in you n your teachings, I wanna represent you.
14)Your programs, workout routines, nutrition tips, etc are not only up to the mark but these are also friendly n the your explaining n teaching way is very simple and straight forward yet greatly effective.
15) I have been through the other programs of you guys like SIX PACK ABS program and CRITICAL BENCH program of MIKE n BLAST YOUR BICEPS and BLAST YOUR BENCH by LEE
Due to all of these and many other reasons, I do not actually deserve but still want your brand new program.

Well, I need a mass and strength program because, I have been the same weight for ages and it seems that no matter what I do I cant put weight on. Also I am a boxer and I find it easier fighting tall people and the heavier I get the taller they will be and also the strength side of the program will help me in the ring with my punch power and it will help me get my opponent against the ropes or in the corner. Also I am want to be in a body building competition soon, but I am not big enough at the moment and I think this program would help me achieve the size I need to enter a competition and to have a chance of winning. This is where you post your contest entry and tell us why building a big, strong, muscular body is so important to you and why you NEED this program to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Cos I been suffering with Muscle/Facia inflamation for 24 yrs. 15 years of that I couldn’t walk and never left my room. Since that has got unexpectedly better now I find I have a bad case of PTSD underneath it all. Meanwhile I do the clean diet & swim everyday regime I need to learn more about generating growth hormone like what you’re going to show me. Weight training is good for my health condition. If done right is ultimate high. (Quote)

I used to be an incredibly scrawny guy, which sucked because I am very athletic and played sports all of my life. I’ve bulked up a bit (still quite skinny though), but I have hit a plateau. I am not a bodybuilder, but, for me, the gym gives a focus to my life. Though I’m not lifting for competitions, I set goals, work very diligently to achieve them. Doing that in the gym helps me do it in the rest of my life. This program would help me achieve more goals. One such goal is in the bench press. I have recently dropped a lot of weight in my bench because I need to rework my form. I am down to benching 135. I would love to be able to bench 225. Help! (Quote)
Hi Lee, Why do I need a Proven Mass and Power Building Training System? I have been training for nearly five years ( four years faithfully and the last year off and on because no results ) I would greatly benefit for the Proven Mass and Power Building Training System because I am at a plateau (cant get past 245lbs bench press) I have always been a small person and growing muscle is very hard for me.when I started working out my weight was 135-145 LBS (cant remember exactly) I now am at 185LBS from the help of you and whey protien and creatin. Please consider Me. (Quote)

I NEED a mass and strength program because i need to be the strongest for my family because im the eldest son. A few years ago by father became and alcohol and drug abuser and stole all my moms jewelery and all the money in our house. My dad is so strong and has a bicep the size of my head. back when i was in grade 9 i saw my dad reaching for my moms gold necklace, she was wearing it, and i couldn’t do anything i tried to tackle him but he was just to strong and swatted me away like a fly. i saw my mom crying and helpless, for the first time and it killed me, and i made my self a promise that this would never happen even again. I’m protective of my family because now that my dad is better we are still suffering from the financial crisis. I made enough money to buy the critical bench program, but ive been using the same one over and over again because i don’t have any access to a credit card. although my dad is fine he still has those days where he comes home drunk and i stay up all night listening to see if anything happens. im not saying i want to beat up my dad i just want to be able to restrain him so he wouldn’t be able to hurt anyone. my max bench is 175 and my dads is around 275-300. i NEED to be stronger… i NEED to be the MAN of the house.
thank you for your time Mike and Lee! (Quote)

Bodybuilding a way of life that chooses the individual who has the desire to accomplish all they are capable in the realm of physical development. Ahhh yeah! Really who doesn’t want to be in the best physical shape they can and be big as well. I am 51 years old used to train in my earlier years. That time has passed, currently I am married to a wife much younger then I, we have a set of twins who are 3 years old and a 4 year old. Might as well say we have triplets. It is my belief that one day they will be attending school and one of their classmate will hit them with is that your grandfather. I may look like a Grandfather but I would like to have is the body of a Grand Stag. Yes big and bulky so what they say instead is “who is that gigantic guy with your Mom” (yeah that would be me). I believe I have the potential to be big once again. I am also no fool if it has been done and is proven then that is the method I will use. You are telling me this is what you have to offer and at my age I do not have time to try methods that are not going to work. Well, this is my reason for wanting a “Proven Mass and Power Building Training System” to help me achieve my fitness goals Right Now! (Quote)

Then, for ten years I did no sports because of intense professional career and family reasons. About two years ago, before getting 40 I took the decision to not throw away my body and health because of lazyness and other excuses. I got the MGS Program from Jason Feruggia and I trained with quite good results. In the beginning it was hard but now I’m stronger than 20 years ago and this is a big result. All the way i noticed that I have big suffering with high reps (over
but no suffering with low reps very hight weighted. So i think that genetically i have much moore white fast fibers than red slow ones. I need a program to built them up in the best way. (Quote)

My metabolism is extremely high, so no matter how much I eat, I can’t gain weight. Not even fat. I’m actually becoming depressed. I have been lifting since tenth grade (I graduated 4 years ago.) and still get the same ridicule from everybody, because I haven’t got any bigger since then. I’m tired of being “the little guy”. Building a strong and muscular body is important to me simply for the quality of good health and self confidence. Every older individual who hits the iron consistently I admire for the fact that they don’t act or look their age. When I reach “over the hill” I refuse to be limited to what I can do because I’m not physically fit and I would like to have the confidence still to be able to take off my shirt and not be self conscience about a spare tire, man boobs, etc. I need a ‘proven mass & power building training system’ to help achieve my fitness goal because it’s natural. I cannot emphasize how important it is for me to excell without having to resort to using anabolic growth hormones. I’m always trying new programs and ALWAYS research any kind of supplements before use not only because I’m diabetic but because it’s a healthier lifestyle. If it’s new and it’s proven and doesn’t involve drug use, I’m all about it. I do not condone, promote or associate with the use of drugs. programs like these are the best way to stay away from it as well as simple supplements and nutrition knowledge. LIFT FOR LIFE! (Quote)

I need this program to put on mass because its hard for me too. I use the critical bench program but It’s so hard for me to gain mass. My dad is really skinny and so is my Grand father. I want to change this because im planning on having and kid and i don’t him, if it is a him, to go through the hardships i had. Ive been training for 3 years and yet i can’t put on any mass, it may be because im not that educated but i believe this is the way to BLAST out of this lifetime rut! I want to be fit and big like every man does! When i see pictures of Lee and Mike before and after it seems like your before pictures are bigger than me after, I am truly jealous. Sometimes I want to call it quits when i can’t gain after months of hard training but I do it for, hopefully, my future son! Help me get huge Mike and Lee! (Quote)

I’m 50 years old, and have been working with weights most of my life since high school sports. For the most part, my workouts were sporatic, but I love to do it. As I got older, it became more important to me, and I joined a gym for the first time 2 years ago. I worked my way up to being stronger than I was in high school, and felt really good about where I was at in the gym. Using some of the techniques that Lee, Vince, and Charles promote, I continued to make gains, but I desired to be lean. As a youth pastor, my schedule is constantly taking over, and needed something more to reach my goals. I just finished Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, which was successful, and now I would like to work on being stronger. I trust Lee, and used just a few of his techniques to gain 50lbs on my bench, before the diet. I trust anything Lee promotes, and with the opportunity to win a copy of this program, I know it will help me move closer to a lean, and stronger body. Thanks for the opportunity! Kevin (Quote)

This coming year I will be a high school senior. This comes with slight sorrow because it will be my last year for high school sports. I have competed in Football,Wrestling,Track, and Basketball and have competed in the West Virginia State Championship Tournament in Track,Wrestling, and Football(google my name and the sport for details). To date i have received 1 athletic scholorship to an out of state school. I desperatly need this program to become as strong as possible for my senior year so I may earn a scholorship to a West Virginia school. I am not financially gifted and I know my chances at college are athletic based, I do have Honor roll status and many AP classes for academics but my main thing is athletics. I am strongly dedicated to my training regimen and I know if i were to receive this program I would follow it without question and go full intensity with every workout. My point being this program could mean the difference in me getting the athletic scholorship I so dearly desire and work for. Thanks Lee. (Quote)

Hi, I require the assistance of this training programme as I am in diar need of some critical assistance with my training, I have dreamt about the day that I have a body that i will be proud to expose to anyone, not only to look good, but for it to be functional aswell, don’t get me wrong I am a strong man but I really need to kickstart my training to the next level and all my efforts so far have just seemed to lead to nothing, even though i stick to every regime as strictly as any other but whatever I do I do not reap the rewards. I play rugby, so both attributes that will be supplied by this, power and muscle building programme will be hugely credited. I missed out at England rugby age group this year and I really want to come back next year, bigger, stronger, faster and more powerful than ever to prove the critics wrong. For many years I have strived to be the best that my body will be and I just have hit so many plateaus and blocks along my way that halt me in my tracks! the other programmes I have tried, I have reaped no results from, all they seem to do is empty my bank account! I just wish that I could be supplied with the vital knowledge and past experience that shows real results, just like the programme you are offering out now. I hope you understand my problems and trust you to do with it what you will.
Thanks very much
much apreciated

The more mature person might like to know that even at 71 years of age, a good weight training programme can offer enormous benefits, health wise.
I started your weight training programme about eight weeks ago and my heart recovery rate has noticeably improved, and there has been significant improvement to by biceps and abs. but the biggest improvement has been in the amount of weight I can now manipulate from when I first started your programme.
Although I cannot lift the same volume of weights I used to when I first started weight training over 50 years ago, when I was 17 years old, and I have been weight training for over 20 years, there has definitely been an improvement, and I feel so much healthier and fitter.
Many thanks for making your weight exercise programme available to everyone.

I’m trans-gendered, female to male. Working out to build a masculine body has always been the number one priority for me. It’s a love hate thing, it gets me down when I feel I’m not accomplishing anything, but when I see gains or look back at how my body has changed I feel on top of the world. I first got into bodybuilding because I wanted the masculinity I never had but always knew I should have. But now bodybuilding has become a passion rather than a chore. I love every workout. I’ve been on testosterone treatment for a year now which has helped my gym progress and nobody would ever suspect I was once ‘female’. I feel I’ve reached a plateau, I’ve achieved a lot over the years but I’m still a small frame, small in height too. I’ve just finished a fitness instructing course. I want to be a personal trainer to inspire others to change their bodies like I did. I would really appreciate your help with getting bigger and stronger, I need to be the best I can be, I know I have so much more potential. Your mass and strength building program would do wonders for me and my life, I want to look the part of the personal trainer I aspire to be and the strong man I always knew I was. I don’t have very much money so I can’t go and buy the equipement I need to help with my lifting. But I save upwhat money I have so I can buy supplements and as many weights as I can…I was stuck with a 160 lbs. set for the longest time until I finally had enough money to buy an additional 200lbs. My moms cousin gas been lifting for 25 years and I want to be just like him, I just don’t have the necessary equipement and program to do so. Having your program would be a huge step forward for me and I’m positive that I can make the gains I want with it…and it’s free

well i could sit and write all the crappy reasons and sound desperate to why i should win, but lets be honest. have you ever felt like you wanted something, but it just seemed impossible even though your friends would tell you, its not. have you ever felt when you wanted to achieve something, yet you couldnt, even though you tried everything. thats how i feel. i have trained for 4 years, and seem like i have reached a point in my life, where i cant seem to grow any more. when i first started bodybuilding, i was a skinny 132 lbs guy, who wanted to be like all the pro bodybuilders. but never seemed to gain an inch. now after 4 years i only weight 176 lbs still skinny. to me thats nothing, when i have nearly tried everything. i mean eating like a pig 6-7 meals per day from training fullbody worksouts to split programs, by now u can guess that i am a hardgainer, but i refere my self to a ultra hardgainer. yes i have read that the most important worksouts for a hardgainer should be compound moves such a bench. squats, deads. trust me i have been doing those for 4 years now, all from high reps to low reps. still nothing. now im not saying i should win for these reasons, cuz i bet many out there are just like me. ultra hardgainers, but i would really apreciate, cuz it seems like nothing else have worked for me. im not trying to be the next mr olympia, but i want a certain weight, physique where i can feel confident by my self (Quote)

Hi guys, my perseverance in obtaining a bigger body is due to the fact that I was a skinny child growing up. It was not the best confidence booster during high school either. Now that I’m at university, going to the gym and pursuing a a greater/larger looking body not only has it enhanced my confidence physically but mentally as well. If this is the result of just one year of going to the gym then with the help of you gentlemen and hard work from my end, the possibilities are endless. Better mental/physical health = better results = better transcripts = better future. Thank you for your consideration. (Quote)

I am 49 years old and very motivated to gain muscle and strength. The last few years have been very hard for myself and my family. I lost my brother to a tragic car accident and my father died when he went in for knee surgery. They were both big and strong ex college All American football players who could bench press a ton. I was always the little guy and with them as motivation would love to become more like them. Strong! I want to be the 50 year old that everyone talks about. “No way, your not 50 years old!” (Quote)

Hi Lee~ im 21 years old, kinda in shape guy(not bulked up tho), i have been working out for almost 2 – 3 years now and have seen some really good gains, since i am the kind of a guy who says if you are going to do something than do it right in first place, so i have been really strict in my diet, and my train since i started to body-build. But Ever since i have that look i have of having very weak mind set on eating, and training now, and i think that if i have this copy than i can keep up with my motivation, and become a better person thanks LEE really appreciate your work (Quote)

Lee,
I have read every one of your blogs along with Elliots, Mikes, Doberman Dan, etc. and each of you have “programs” and supplements to help build muscle mass and strenght. I am an engineer but have been working out for many years, actually only off and on. I am a test away from being a Certified Firness Trainer myself. For those who know me, I say what needs to be said, not what anyone wants to be said. As you are very well know, each of us, men and women individually are made up generally the same, but reacts differently to “programs and fads”. I think most of all you guys are saying make sense and I really enjoy the “tweaking” of some of the the exercises you show. You make the request to explain WHY I need a proven program. Do I really need a proven program, or do I need to prove a program works for ME? I think the latter. I stand 5 feet-even, as a grown man. I have great genetics and feel that I can develop the mass body that I desire, but I don’t want to be bogged down with the multiple programs out there. I could design my own as well, which I have done many times. Nonethelss, as the business world say, “why reinvent the wheel”. I would like to try your program and see what its all about. I am not goint to tell you how cool you guys are and suck up to you in hopes of getting your program, but I honestly enjoyr most of you guys blogs. (Quote)

Being strong and lean is what I need to be to perform my job. Besides looking good for my wife, and all of the other personal reasons why I spend time in the gym, I need to because I’m a Law Enforcement Officer in one of the most violent cities in the U.S. Nightly I deal with predators and need to be strong and fit to handle business. Being lean and fit also adds to the presence when in uniform on scenes; looking professional and like you can back it up can defuse some situations. Being strong allows you to back it up when that fails. Looking lean, strong and being strong prepare me to handle whatever the night throws at me. “Chance favors the prepared”

Health and fitness is my passion. I have been strength training for 20 years and powerlifting for 10 years. I am pursuing the state record for unassisted bench press and have reached 425lb. lifts on my own. However, I know that with your Proven Mass & Power Building Training System I would exceed my goal of a 500lb. unassisted bench press. I have found incredible information in your Critical Bench program and look forward to adding this System to my arsenal. (Quote)

I’ve read over all the other posts and they all seem worthy, but my reason for wanting this is different. I’m 33 years old and have always been smaller. I have a 7 year old daughter, and the first day she came home and told me that she has a boyfriend my world changed. I remembered what I had on my mind as a teenager, and i decided that by the time she starts dating I want to be BIG!!! Not to do anything to anyone, but just to let the boys she brings home know that her daddy means business. I’ve been working out for 3 years now and I’ve noticed some good gains, but just not getting the size I want. I need this product…. (Quote)

I need a mass gaining and strength program to improve my overall physique and have the strength to back up the looks, nothing more satisfying than looking big and having the power aswell. I also need the program to add another component of my BJJ game which will help me in training and competitions, giving me that extra edge to win. A strong body is a strong mind. (Quote)

I need this program because i want to achieve my dream body. Also I have seen the progress you have made and would love to use the same technique you use to achieve your body. Aside from that having a good body makes me feel good, and the better my body the more energetic, confident, and happy I feel. I would love to get a free a copy and improve my body, reach new heights in my weight lifting, and become an all around better person by learning new weights to improve my body which i could share with others. I NEED this program to prove to everyone else once in for all that I’m not a pussy. I’ve been bullied a lot since I was in middle school and two years ago I started lifting weights so I could get bigger so they wouldn’t pick on me as much. While I got a little stronger, and a little bigger, I realized that even though I may look bigger than before, I’m not nearly as strong as them. I figure that if I look big, but it’s not just body-building muscle that has no power strength then nothing is going to change, but if I look huge with a great deal of power strength as well, everyone will finally leave me alone. (Quote)

Hey Lee, I have really started consistently lifting about a year ago. I used to be 250 pounds and fat, with bigger tits than anyone. Now i am 205 pounds of muscle. My bench increased over 100 pounds, and my over all confidence and appearance has improved. I feel that receiving your strength building program would benefit me highly because I am a thrower, and I am 100% sure that your program would help me throw so much farther. So far I have been following your workouts, and they’ve made a world of a difference for me, so if I do get your program, it would be an honor to use it as my program.

It’s nice having them look up to me!I’m also a Recovering Alcoholic(16yrs on the 15th)I would like this course to let people know that detirmination is worth it. (Quote)

I need the programme to gain additional mass and power and explosiveness to aid me in the center position. It would also aid me greatly in the Caribbean u-19 championships and it would not only help me but i would refer my teammates to the programme, meaning we would be closer to realizing our collective goal of winning the tournament. Good afternoon Guys, I’m now 45 years old & have been training since i was 19. My weight training began as part of my jujitsu. Injury forced me to stop & for the past 11 years have been training as hard as possible to gain a muscler body. I have had the same training buddy from the beginning. I have good shape with some quality muscle, abbs, arms etc & very strong for a little guy. My fighting weight was 60 kilos and now i weigh 74 kilos ( i was a top uk fighter). My bench press is 300lbs which i believe to be quite good for my body weight ( i have a video clip). People comment on my build and cannot believe my age. As father time is catching me up, i would like to build to my maximum potential. So i can look back when im a grandad with pride and say YES i was a good bodybuilder. (Quote)

There are lot of elements why I want muscular and strong body. But the most important one is, that I simply love the feel, and look of it. Being 37 year old, it gives me a great pride, and it separates me from the ‘pack’. It is my OWN work, my OWN results. It is something, that requires a lot of hard work and sacrifices, which makes the results even sweeter, knowing, that most people would give up the first time they would have to say no to pizza. I don’t think there is a rational explanation why I love it. Some people like driving fast cars, other people love flying – I love lifting heavy weights and enjoy the result of it: strength and muscles. It’s just a part of me, part of who I am. And why I need a fool-proof program? Well, being 37 means, that although having a lot of experience, it is getting significantly harder to maximize the results. Having something to rely on would be an enormous time-saver, as well as motivator. And I sure could use both. (Quote)

Having a big muscular body is directly related to my career goals. i am a political science major and a striving politician. A big muscular body can help to get me respect and send a subconscious message that we need to listen to this guy. I would have more respect amongst my fellow representatives in student government. It can help me make a difference in the world as I would be more present in a room. In student government I help raise money for charities and do whatever i can to make the student life at my University better. it would make it easier to control the discussions and amongst my fellow scholars as well.
Also getting bigger would help me achieve my goal of being able to do a bodybuilding contest. I am have been dubbed Mr Iowa because my friends can tell I’m passionate about being able to compete in that contest. (Quote)

Hey guys, I need/want a power bodybuilding program that would get me amazing results because it would tremendously help me with my goal of becoming a bodybuilder. Growing up I was always counted out of things like baseball, football or anything because i was overweight. People wold deny the fact that I could play or atleast had potential, no one wanted to spend the time. I figured it was time for a change. I started lifting weights about 2 yrs ago consistently and have seen really good results but im ready to take my body to that next level. I have pretty good size but still wanna get bigger and wanna gain much more strength to accompany my size. Since I was a kid a dream of mine has always been to look like Arnold, Lou, Mike, Lee, and Especially Jay! I really hope with something like this I can atleast get that much closer to accomplishing my goal. (Quote)

I am responding to this email in regards to why I need to put on some mass and up the strength to the max. I am 30 years old and have been training for an almost consistent 15 years. I was a soccer player, gymnast, martial artist, runner, ocean lifeguard, lacrosse player, and volunteer firefighter. I am now a Emergency Medical Technician, and hope to soon be a Career Firefighter in South Carolina. I feel I have proven from my past accomplishments that I do have the dedication and committment to do what it takes and whatever is necessary to do this program! I know that I am the perfect candidate for this program and ask for the opportunity to achieve the results necessary to become a firefighter! Thank you for your time and consideration. A year ago I found a Doctor that has finally got me on the road to recovery but the rehabilitation process will take awhile. Its your avid follower and disciple of the muscle Jay here and I’ve jus read every other
submitted reason for someone to receive yours and mikes programme. I think we
Should all get a copy as everyone deserves it for each reason. I think I need one as I’m a
Martial arts instructor and experienced powerlifter, I’ve engineered some of my own
Training programmes utilising explosive excercises using heavy weight ie short arm dead
lift using 300ibs plus. I also follow your blast your bench and biceps programmes and have
Had some great results increasing my arm size to 20inches and my chest to 54inches my max
unassisted bench is 450ibs. You and mike make a great partnership but my physique is
more similar to mikes. I want to strip off the last of the fat and be able to walk with
Pride. My girlfriend is 5 months pregnant aswell so I want my child to see me in the best
Possible condition. I admire you and Mikes results and advice is always pin point
Accurate I’m sure whoever you choose will make the best use of your advice just not
As much as I will. Cheers guys keep up the immense work.

Lee, I’m a dad of an 11 yr old son who still thinks his Dad is cool, and I’m a youth coach of both football and baseball. The reason I would like to be considered for your program is two fold. I’m 42 yrs old and have found my way back to the gym after a long absence due to family and career. In the past 2 yrs I’ve lost almost 40lbs and decreased body fat from 30% to 18%. I need your program to help feed that fire of becoming the best I can be in the gym.
The second reason I would like to win your program leads me back to my intro. I remember growing up reading muscle mags and wanting to be like Arnold S. and Lee H. as a kid. I wanted to be ripped and become a beast on the field of play.
I believe with the aid of your program, I could continue to inspire young athletes to become the best they can be by practicing what I preach when I coach them and presenting myself in the absolute best physical condition that I can push my body to be in.
I want to share bodybuilding and powerlifting with the next generation of athletes in my community.
Thanks for your consideration. (Quote)

i play an irish sport called gaeelic foootball ,, i wont get into the nitty gritty of the rules and all that but having a stong looking powerful physique and the strenght to back it up can help you dominate every game which is what i want to do ! Its fairly physical as sooon as you get the ball your going to get hit like a train by an opposition player so you need the strenght to hold them off( there could be 3 or 4 at a time beeting the crap outa ye,explosive strength is important ) but also having a strong LOOKING muscular physique intimidates you oppenent and he wont want the ball at all making it easier for you , trust me putting the fear of god into the opposite player works wonders ! i play u18s and ive packed on around 15 kilos of muscle while maintaining my speed using tricks and tips from everywhere including this site but im playing with the big boys next year and just you know wouldnt mind cranking it up another gear:P im sure i will as training is going grand but this manual sounds nice yeno:P you know what to do

Lee,
My name is Eric Olson and I am 16 years old. I have had a passion for weightlifting since I was in grade nine and was allowed to take Strength and Conditioning in high school for the first time. The teacher was an avid bodybuilding enthusiast, so most of our training reflected that. However, my training partner and I were both far more impressed with the strength gains that we would make. We would constantly push each other to new heights. I was stronger at squats and he had the edge with dead lifts, so we we’re always competing, trying to get better. On testing day it was like we were both high all day after, we had smashed our old PR’s! Since then I have amazed not only myself, but my friends and family as well. I have grown much stronger and not to toot my own horn, but have remained quite lean in the process. I’m looking for some regularity and consistency in my training as I often switch focus between power lifting for maximum numbers and bodybuilding for an absolutely shredded body program. I was a three sport athlete up until recently, for I found that I looked forward to the off season training in the gym more than the monotonous practicing. I still continue to wrestle and play rugby in order to use the strength I have gained, but weightlifting is the sport where my passion truly lies. Thank you for your consideration.

My reason is because I work with middle school and high school athletes to prepare them for the rigors of sport. I don’t do it to be a winning machine but because protecting them from injury due to weakness and making sure they have fun should be our number one priority.

In August I will turn 60. I’ve worked out on and off most of my life, as life would all me. Working long hours or swing shifts. I see how important muscle and strenght is as we age to keep us functioning at our peak as we get older. It helps us maintain quality of life and helps prevent injuries, as well as just feel and look good. I have a son and daughter, 39 & 38 that started their workouts in college and continue to inspire me still today. I would like to continue improving my body to acheive my target goals , but feel my only fighting chance would be with a program like yours. This has been an up hill struggle for me, but I get encouraged by reading your e-mails and watching your videos. I would love to see the surprise in my children’s eyes when they see my improved physique. They live out of town and I only see them once or twice a year. I would like to inspire them like you inspire me. I also like your diet tips as I’ve strived to eat healthy most of my adult life and realize that all the hard work in the gym can be boosted or sabotaged by your diet. Thanks for all the great tips, I try my best to put them to good use for myself and share them to help others. (Quote)

As a young man I competed and was very dedicated to the iron game. My biggest strength was being so strict and dedicated. I followed every routine imaginable and got some results. These results were not because of a good solid routine, it was due to my drive. This is why is why I write to you, I can not imagine the results I will achieve through your coaching and acquired knowledge of the sport. Now being a dad of two young boys, I know the day will come for that they will ask me for my advice. With so many acclaimed trainers/coaches I see so many mistakes being made (the same ones I made). What better feeling can a dad have than giving his sons the start and the correct knowledge that will help them achieve (and hopefully keep dad a step a head of his boys).

I am in need of your program for one reason; to serve my community when I am called upon. I am a volunteer firefighter in my area and am working towards a career in the fire service. My body needs to be well conditioned and as strong as it looks so I can perform at the highest level possible when people’s lives are in the balance. I will be entering a 17-week fire academy in August and desire to be at the top of my class academically and physically, as it is a very intense program. I don’t want to waste my time with unproven workout programs and know that the Power-Building System can take me where I need to be.

A couple months ago at the gym, one of the bigger guys came over and asked me to spot him. He has a very well developed body and woudl probably do very well in some smaller scale bodybuilding competitions. when I came over to find him only doing 225, I figured he was going to press it out like the NFL combine or just doing a warmup set. Figuring it was going to be a while before my help was needed I relaxed a bit and was only half paying attention. Yet to my surprise he was struggling on the secong rep and I had to basicaly deadlift the third one for him. I was stronger than this guy despite being half his size! At that point I realized, that while girls might oogle over his muscles when they pass him on the street, that inside the gym I was having a hard time finding him impressive.
Going to Marquette for college next year I understand that I am not going to know any of the people there, and that I would like to use my physique as a tool to gain respect and make friends overall. I understand that no girl really cares how much one can bench press, as long as he looks good. Yet in the gym, where there will be a lot of students with similar intrests to me, nothing is more impressive and demanding of respect than watching somebody doing a press with monster amounts of weight. With these two facts in mind it becomes apparent that I need to not only find a balance between size and strength, yet excel in both catagories if I have any plans of using my body as a means to achieve my social potential. Hi Lee,
The reason I need such a program is that I have tried many programs and nothing really teaches how to efficiently combine the two goals. I am over fifty and have lifted weights for many years, I have a grown from a skinny kid/adult into a fairly good sized guy. I am at this time in my life, trying to show my two sons how to build a strong and efficient physique. Bulk alone will not cut it. I am currently involved in a martial arts class and want size, strength and efficiency of movement. There are many good programs out there for one goal or another but not for martial arts in particular, especially for street defense. I believe powerbuilding is the way to go. So, I would be happy to try out your system if I win one.
Good Luck in Your Efforts,

It is necessary to have a big frame so that you can turn as many heads as possible. Having a very large/muscular physique is very impressive and gives other people something to work for. You gotta be the biggest person in the gym and work your ass off to do it! I would like to get your program to try something new. I have been making my own lifting programs for the last 8 years and basically living in the gym trying different things to build muscle. I am 6’2″ and 240 at this point in time and I would like to try to pack on lean muscle and bulk up. I would like to try your program to see how good it is. Thanks! (Quote)

Genetics may not be what I have to overcome, but it definitely is a product of ‘breeding’. I dealt with childhood brain cancer. My parents were told that I had only a few weeks to live. I fought past it and was then given a couple years. Once getting through that period, they were told their son would never make it out of his teens.
Needless to say, I’m still alive. During that hospital stay and following years of chemotherapy, I fell off the normal growth chart during my formative years. I was very protected by my parents from that point and I wasn’t allowed to take part in anything strenuous, risky, or competitive (read ‘fun’). No football, weight lifting (“you’ll get hurt!”), no sports. I became a small, socially inept, nerd. I’ve always been the short guy, the skinny one, the weak one, picked last, etc…
This lead to an attitude of ‘play it safe’ and ‘follow the rules’ to make it through life like a ‘normal’ person.
In college, I took martial arts classes – a real paradigm shift to think I could even try it. I became the fastest to advance and most dedicated student and soon began teaching classes.
I soon after that fell into a product of aging, and living safe again. Seeing myself in pictures and the mirror lately inspired me to fight aging and try to keep up with my 4 year old daughter. I’m ready to push beyond the potential set for me.
I want ‘Show’ AND ‘Go’! I need to find a routine and you need the best test case you can find – Let’s help each other out. (Quote)

Hello Lee,
The reason this offer caught my eyes was that I’m an extremely dedicated and obsessed person when it comes to bodybuilding. This was all because of the issues that occurred during my childhood. I was never the fit kid, in fact i was quite out of shape. I had no skill or anything in any sports. It was up until my junior year of high school that i felt i needed a change in my life and i started lifting. It’s been 2 years for me in the gym consistently and I’ve realized that I haven’t been making the progress/gains that i longed for whatsoever. I have such desires to become the best that I can be with my physique that never does a day go by where I don’t think about working out. I am constantly looking for articles, eBooks, and other sources to help me understand more. Understanding equals a quicker path to my goals. Getting stronger and more fit means everything to me. I often find myself skipping out on social occasions just so i cant eat properly and be able to workout and not be behind on schedule. So its quite obvious how happy i would be if i win this system…
Thanks Lee (Quote)

Building a powerful muscular body is important to me because it has always been one of my goals to achieve. I desperately need to improve my self esteem and confidence. Always being the skinny guy isn’t easy. I put my time in the gym, eat a lot and healthy, and research yet everyday all I hear is “Man you need to eat more”. My strength gains have been very slow. I have tried everything from supplements, different programs, muscle confusion, and almost everything you can think of when it comes to power building. This whole school year, my bench press has been stuck at 140. That’s 9 months with very little to no gains. I’m only repping 115, 6 times. I’ve tried so many benching tips; form, rest, rep variations, and many more. Basically my physique and strength have not seen much progress within the past year or so. I need a proven program because everyone underestimates me. I recently just placed 3rd in my jiu jitsu tournament. People still don’t take me seriously when they find out that I’m a mixed martial artist. They tell me I’ll never make it with where my body is at right now. I need a good program to boost my strength and physique to prove everyone wrong and show them what I am really capable of. Lee and Mike, I NEED your program because not only do I need it for my body; I need it to help me in life. (Quote)

I’ve been working out for a couple of years now and I’ve seen very little improvemet. I have tried many of your tips and I love them. Nothing negative to say period. In the past 4 months I have noticed mass and muscle strength from using them. I don’t want to be the fat kid anymore and I’m committed to doing everthing possible to get out of this stage in my life and have the body and physical power and strength I want. Looks isn’t everything in life but to have them and be in the best shape of your life has to be the greatest feeling ever and I know if I get your video I will have that feeling. This would make me feel wonderful if I have to opportunity to use your program. Thanks. (Quote)

Hi Lee, Ya looked pretty good for your competition. alot of time dedication went into. i think you should use me as your guinea pig for this program . I train extremely hard and i’ve made strength gains on my bench with both your program and mike’s program(critical bench and blast your bench programs) my strength gains using those programs are great but if I could build quality mass along with the strength I should be able to keep my body fat down with out loseing strength. and this system your putting together seems like it would help me obtain my ultimate goal. but even if I’m not picked I’ll try anyway. thanks for all the help . I am 68 years old and have been working out for many years but I seem to be losing the battle. I want and expect to live many more years, but I know that having a strong and muscular body is going to be necessary to enjoy that extended time. I need a proven system that will help me make the necessary gains in lean muscle and get rid of the fat that just seems to hang around no matter what I do now or whose concept I have tried. Having followed your comments and ideas for the last year, I believe you are on the right track and I would very much like to try your integrated approach. (Quote)

Lee,
About 7 months ago when I first ran in to your website via youtube I was 6 foot 3 inches and 350 pounds of pure fat.

Hi Lee and Mike,
Building a big, strong body is important to me, because this is what I love to do and because it runs in the family. My grandfather was a bodybuilder and didn’t only look great, but was also very strong. Although he had heart problems, he always stayed with the iron. Even after a couple of heart surgeries, nothing could stop him. He actually had 7 heart attacks, which he all survived because of the great shape his body was in. The story that will always stay with me is that one day when he was giving class a sudden pain occurred in his arm. He continued giving class, only to find out later that day when seeing the doc that he had a heart attack. I believe that a big reason why he could stand this pain is because of his strength. Two of my uncles followed the same path as my grandfather and were bodybuilders. To this day they are still in great shape and out lift me anytime anywhere, but not for long. Now the time has come for the next generation. My little brother, my cousin and I are all serious about getting as strong and big as them. Well actually, we are set on surpassing them. As for me I’d like to improve my health the way he did and make him proud. That’s why I would love to get my hands on your new book.
Thanks for considering me!

I will be a high school senior in the fall, and my ultimate goal is to win the 2011 state weightlifting championship of Florida. This year, I have qualified for the 2010 championship, and once I received the news, I googled the fastest way to obtain a bigger bench press. Fortunately, the first link that popped up was that letter that Mike Westerdal shares with the public, advertising the Critical Bench Program. Once I saw it was for a ten week period, I decided to start the program the week following the state finals. I searched for other solutions, only to realize that time was a critical component in building a bigger bench. During the 4-5 weeks I had left to prepare, I did what I could, following the tips and guidelines outlined in the 50 tips to gaining a bigger bench e-book. Even though I worked hard, ate right, and followed these guidelines, I came in last place. Weightlifting is my life, and I have a dedication and passion for this sport. Wanna know why I fell short, it is because I had been committed to a muscle building magazine, and fell victim to its false information and biased principles and concepts. I have wasted my time training by their false guidlines for 3 years, and went NOWHERE. I am still hitting my head with a barbell to this day. I began the critical bench program the Wednesday after states, preparing for the next state final matchup. I am just completing week 7, and I have actually gained strength with this program. I have never seen any fast paced progress such as this. I bench pressed 315 at states, and benching 350 pounds now! That is unbelievable, and it is because I have found a source of reliable information pertaining to this sport. The Critical Bench Program shares the unvarnished truth with the public. I am continually searching for other important information and tips out there on the web that will help me in my goal and mission. I am considering becoming a personal trainer, as that will expose me to alot of information of the sport I love. I have a low income, minimum wage job, and can barely keep up with my diet and supps as it is. If I am one of the chosen 5 to receive the Critical Bench 2.0 for free, great. If not, I will buy it ASAP. I will continue to work hard, push myself to failure on every set, and continue to educate myself with this sport that my passion lies in. If I continue to work hard, and follow what I’ve learned, I am sure that 365 days is enough time to win the state finals of my senior year! Thank you for the information that you have shared with me so far. (Quote)

Right where do I begin, at 4 years old I went into the lifting equipment shop with my dad and pick up a 10lb dumbell with both hands, lifted it aboe my head and said look dad I’m Super man. My dad now heading for 60 was always a powerhouse deadlifting max 800lbs and bench 410lbs at about 17 stone.
I have always wanted to emulate this, as it turns out I haven’t arrived from Krypton so that hasn’t worked out. I harassed him to let me train, until I was allowed at 16. I am now 27 and yeah I am quite a strong guy, 5 ft 9 12 stone with a max bench of 308lb’s (where I have been for app. 3 years) but I have never been big enough to hammer up the kind of awesome amounts I have dreamt of for the past 23 years.
Help me out I will do what you say and let you know the results. Cheers (Quote)
Hi Lee, I’ve been working out since September 2009 and have gotten quite serious about it. I am a recovered ED and never intend to go down that path again. I’m 28 , and have lifted for 10 years, seriously 3. I used blast your bench to increase my bench 55 lbs to 300. Soon after I injured my rotator cuff, a product of improper form, and quit working out for 6 months, because I was aggrevated at myself. I’ve been lifting again for 7 months and saw the quick “begginer” gains and have hit a plateau. I’ve fluctuated from 176 to 218 lbs (at 5’10) over the past 3 years. Now I’m at 195. I’ve saw muscle gains, and decided to begin cutting, only to realize 3 or 4 weeks in my goal is still mass/strength gains. I am consisitent in my diet eating every 2-3 hours. Coworkers and others around me see how much and often I eat, and ask how do I stay so small, not encouraging for mass buiding. I did p90x 2 years ago, completed 2 months and found myself at the lowest bodyweight I’ve been since 10th grade, and went off the program to begin lifting and eating for mass gains. I’ve tried 20 rep squats, and did increase to 195 20 reps, but no real mass gains. Now i’m doing the bench/squat/deadlift every other day routine. So anyway, I know I would dedicate myself to the exercises and diet in the program because I would feel obligated not only to myself, but to you and Mike if I were chosen. I want a noticeably strong muscular body so I’m not the guy who always works out, and nobody can tell by looking at him. (Quote)

Honestly I probably don’t have a better reason than any of the other guys on this page, but I decided to tell my story anyways. Last march I hit a low point in my life. I was over 260lbs and just turned 31, I had been smoking since college and eating whatever was in front of me. I have two wonderful children 3 and 6 and fealt they deserved better than me as a father. So I made a change it started slow, I stopped smoking and got into a boxing class two months of that and I joined a gym. I’ve purchased several online programs and turned weight lifting into and obsession. I used to be an athlete, but let myself go for to long. I’m now around 228 at 6’2″ and workout 4-5 times a week, but am still far from my goals. So if you pick me I surely will give your program 100% and if you don’t I’m sure the people you pick are well deserved. (Quote)

I’m 16 years old. Mass and Strength is everything at my age. The first impression you have of someone my age is how big they are. You look at their arms, their chest, maybe ask how much they bench. It’s one of the main goals for people my age. As for me, I play 3 sports all year round. I have to be strong and in shape. If I don’t, well I won’t play these sports productively let alone I will become exhausted. I’ve been working out for about 3 years and I’ve done a lot of research on lifting and proper nutrition, etc.. I dont take any supplements whatsoever and I believe i’ve gained quite extensive knowledge on weight lifting and being in shape. Right now, it’s summer time. I am training now but I need that extra push and those extra tips to be in shape and be ahead of my competitors. I need to be stronger, faster, and bigger than everyone I run/play against this year. I have read your many articles, Lee and I’ve seen the many great things and great tips Mike has made. I NEED your mass and power building training system NOW. I know it will push me over the top and will make me one hell of a competitor in the year to come. Thanks! (Quote)
June 13, 2010
Building a strong and massive body is important to me because first of all I love all things strength related. I’ve competed in powerlifting for several years and played every sport I could. The biggest reason it is so important to me is because I have been in the gym for the better part of a decade. Yet, I’m all Go and No Show. I’m as strong as an ox but I don’t have the body that I want. I’ve tried all the hyped up BS programs and diets to no avail. Yes, I have followed them to the letter! I want a training program that is NOT some shit made up from a guy that has never trained and has spent all his life nose deep in books. I want a program from a guy that has paid his dues in the gym. With powerlifting…I can get it done. I can get strong. But I want big muscles to match my strength. So anyway, not to be disrespectful, if you have a program you think might help me build big muscles as well as strength with no bullshit. Then I hope you choose me. (Quote)

I’ve been working out for some time now and I have seen some results, but is time to start seeing great results. I’ve learned that when you first start working out almost everything you do works, you see results no matter what. But eventually, this is no longer the case and one needs to strategize much more and be more serious. I need a good program for that reason, and I know you can give me that, I trust you. So I want this program too. Finally, why do I ultimately want to get such results? I want to prove to myself that I can do it, that i have enough determination to obtain what I want. I have many dreams and goals in life that I really plan to accomplish, and I’m working on doing just that. If I get the big strong body I want it will help me to see that this is indeed possible, that I have teh capability to do it, so it will give me determination to accomplish my other goals. (Quote)

i would like the chance to win your program because i have been training for 4 years now and my progress has really slow down over this year. i have not got any bigger and people dont believe that im strong because they say im too small, so i would really like to add some lean mass to my body to go along with my strength. i would like to get my body weight up to 185 im about 170 right now. im 17 years old and i bench 300 and i would like to have the body to match my strength so people will believe me when i tell them how strong i am. i work out real hard but my body dont really show it and i would also like to build a six pack. once again i would really appreciate the chance to win one of the 5 free copies. Lee and Mike this quote from AHNULD says it all:
“It is as satisfying to me as coming is – you know, as having sex with a woman and coming. So can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am, like, getting the feeling of coming in the gym. I’m getting the feeling of coming at home. I’m getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up.When I pose out in front of 5,000 people I get the same feeling. So I’m coming day and night. great huh?” (Quote)
June 13, 2010
I feel that when one begins out on a journey much like the journey we all take when we step in the gym to embark on building the body we want and achieving the goals we want to see, we all need a map, a map to follow to tell us exactly where were going and how to get there with our fitness goals. Without such a map one would be lost and would continue to go in circles with workout routines until they hit the rocks in the form of overtraining with no variety combined with being stuck at a plateau. Therefore although I have done a good job I feel so far creating this map for myself in the gym based on the great advice I have been given from experts like you Lee, I feel that with an actual planed out program from two experts like yourself and Mike Westerdal then my bodybuilding and powerlifting voyage could then continue to set sail only this time it would with two experts alongside at the helm guiding me like something of a young bodybuilding Christopher Columbus towards achieving goals I never thought possible. Furthermore building a strong, powerful, muscular physique is important to me because I feel in many ways bodybuilding can teach you a lot about life and help build a strong mind at the same time. When building a strong body you must also develop a strong mind, it takes consistency, determination, persistence, and all those things are important tools for life as well as fitness thats why bodybuilding has been important in my life in instilling in me these behaviors that have not only led me to achieve my fitness goals but my life goals as well. I want to take my physique to the next level to aid in my pursuit of music (drums – functional strength/endurance) and to help if I start looking into acting (think 300/Troy/Spartacus Blood and Sand) and basically because I want to look downright awesome. I am almost 57 years young. I have been seriously lifting for two years now. The benefits both physically and mentally to me have literally made me a new man. I went from being an out of shape 224 pounds to a lean 175 pounds! I honestly feel younger and stronger than I did twenty years ago. My stamina has increased exponentially and I feel such a sense of pride and accomplishment when I have to show people my driver’s license to convince them that I really am almost 57. Weight training is not just about exercise; it is about a commitment to health, fitness and showing respect for one’s body and mind. Lee, I have to tell you that I’ve followed many of your suggestions and I will tell anyone who is just learning about you and your programs that they work and I am living proof that regardless of age anyone can do it if they work hard and follow your program(s)! Keep up the great work!!!

Building a powerful physique is important to me because while I was a teen my peers said it could not be done. I have been able to accomplish many goals since my teenage years by pushing my body to the limits. I recently joined the Army about a year ago and I have lost a significant amount of muscle mass due to the Army’s style of training. I would like to prove that I can build a powerful, muscular body as well as respond to the demands of the military. (Quote)

I need the mass and strength program to help further myself in my strength and physique. I am a very hardgainer and have tried almost everything I can think of to gain mass. I have gained a some strength but have hit a serious plateau. Please consider me I have a major napolean complex and it is my dream to transform myself into a person that can be proud of the way I look and not be ashamed of my strength. Thanks for the consideration. (Quote)

I was always the fat kid growing up, until I made the decision in high school to starve myself. Unfortunately, I made myself sick in the process and lost a lot of muscle with the fat. Now I’m much thinner, but also only 5’4″. Small to say the least. I’ve been working out for a while now but it’s hard to find the right program that really gets the results we all want. I would love to be able to finally create a body that I’m not sad to see in the mirror. (Quote)

Hey Lee! Building a big muscular body is extremely important to have, because if your a navy seal and your strong and big, everything becomes easier. you can move objects that can prevent your success in a mission. Another reason why its extremely important to be strong and big, is to scare off any potential douchebags trying to attack your girlfriend or wife..Ps. thanks for giving us all this oportunity (Quote)

Lee, I’m 62 yrs old and retired. I have type 2 Diabetes which I keep under control via exercise and Diet (no Meds). My reason to improve my strength and some Mass is to improve my overall health and achieve the shape I intend to get into. As one gets older your body goes through some changes but I don’t believe one should ever give up and with the right information and drive, no matter what you want to achieve you will do it as long as you believe you can. Thank you for all of the important information you and for cutting through the BS that you guys have and continue to supply through you web site and articles (Quote)

I know about muscle memory but I feel what better testimony for your product then for me to try and use it as a platform at my meets. To show how it does work I would like to get this information and put it to good use and make and set new records. At a lower body weight but still compete in the 308 lb class. well thanks for all you do God Bless stay strong. For the first thing: why building a big, strong, muscular body is so important to me. It’s simple like that: I’ve been such so skinny for a long time. spending all my time just for studying like hell and then I got what. Nothing but my strength going down time after time so I decided to go on body building. And the next thing, when I go on body building, my goal is not only for big, muscular but also powerful. That’s what I truly want to achieve not like in my gym, they are training their upper body so big and with your word “tiny chicken leg”. In short, it’s not the matter of importance or not, the big, strong, muscular body is my goal from the beginning so it’s something more than important.
About why I need ‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’, 1st thing about it I can sure that it will help me not go on the wrong way and wasting time doing bullshit things at gym. 2nd thing, if you train in a proven system then it is absolute that you will achieve your dream as long as you don’t give up. Well, about your talent Lee, I can say that you rock. I’ve trying all of suggestions in 1 month and a half and see the difference comparing to other guys in my gym. They started the same time with me but the result is just so big different.
P.S: Keep the good job up. You are the man, Lee. (Quote)

Lee & Mike,
Building a big, strong, muscular body is so important to me and I NEED a ‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’ to help me achieve my fitness goals Right Now!
I’m a 59-year young cancer survivor. Two years ago I was diodosed with throat cancer. After the first surgery I was told I could not lift heavy weights anymore because the nerve was removed that controlled my left TRAP. It was removed because it ran through one of the lymph nods that had cancer. Therefore no left TRAP.
After Chemo and Radiation and losing 30 LBS, I found myself back at the gym trying to prove everybody wrong. I gained body weigh, but not the strength I wanted.
I found ‘Blast Your Bench”!
Using this program I increase my bench by 30 lbs while losing 11 lbs. body weight. I went from 21% body fat down to 13.5%
This May I tied the NJ State record for Bench Press for my age and weight with the WNPF.
I’m using the “Blast Your Bench” program now for my next meet on June 27, which I hope to set the NJ record for bench press for my age and weight. If I’m successful I will go the world meet in Nov in Atlantic City, NJ.
I need this program to get to the next level. I would like to set the national record for bench press for my age and weight.
Credit given where Credit is Due!!!
Thanks for all your emails and videos!

Hey Lee I saw Al those commits you got on the mass-and-strength page, and it blew my mind, and now im going to start my 250 word commit, and no words in this paragraph count for the 250 word commit, LOL.
Hey lee, I am 6 ft 0 in and weight 186.6 LBS with 9.6% body fat. A few years back I use to be so dead set on my bench, like a lot of people you talked about, I did what you said 2 years ago by cutting the bench press out of the program, when I was beating my head on the wall day after day, I was stuck at 265, then once I cut out the bench for a few weeks, I started to make gains, and now I can do 330 on the bench and 350 on decline, but A few weeks back I bought the Blast your bench and did every thing it said and completed it but didn’t retest my one rep max yet, because Im not so deadly focused on the bench like I use to be. My Squat is in the mid 300’s and my deadlift is 455. that was before I started the blast your deadlift program, and yes I subedited the deadlift in for the blast your squat. And hope to hit 500 in compaction this Saturday. Im working on a goal to become the first man to bench press 1000 + LBS Raw with no steroids and weight less than 114 LBS. My question is how long do you think it will take for me to achieve this goal, LOL. I have 15.5 in calvs, 24.5 in Upper legs, 32.5 inch waste, 26.5 inch chest, 15.7 inch biceps, 14 inch for arms, 15.5 in neck. (Quote)

Hey guys, I been getting your articles and tips for the past year. I have been overweight my whole life tipping the scales at 327lbs at one point and all on a 5’8″ frame! The past few years have been very stressful and my health really suffered. I turned 35 this year and finally decided to turn my life around. I stopped worrying about things I have no control over and focus more on what I can control. I have a great diet plan working for me, im now down to 240lbs, and would love to follow the best training system on the market to compliment and help complete my transformatiion! (Quote)

Well sure I’d like to be bigger, stronger and scare people when I walk by… BUT the reason I should be the recipient of your free mass & strength program is because YOU NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE THIS PROGRAM SERIOUSLY and work their ass off to create dramatic and undeniable results. I’m your man! Just 7 months ago I weighed 265lb @ 28.8% bodyfat, had a 40” waist and could NOT do 10 pushups to save my ass. Now… 205lb @ 18.1% bodyfat, 35” waist and can rep out 75 pushups. Now it’s time to BULK UP and you’re just the man to help me do it. When I get done CONQUERING and DOMINATING your program, the results will be so dramatic, your server is gonna crash within 15min of posting my before/after pictures. I continually promote you and your website to my friends & coworkers, 3 of which work out regularly and have become big fans of yours. 3 others have been so inspired by my success, they’ve started their own weightlifting programs and are cashing in with your help. Keep up the good work Lee, we appreciate you. (Quote)

I need this because i am in high school. And i play football, but im not the biggest kid on the team. I love playing but i need to get stronger. And i get picked on at school a lot. This program would help boost my confidence as well as my playing time. I just want to look good and get stronger. (Quote)

HI LEE. i am 55 yrs of age, I have always benign shape, however now it is getting harder to keep that way. I love to work out and at my age I look pretty good. I want to stay that way and sometimes my muscles feel like they want to move, get bigger, you know what I mean. i am a baseball coach so I am out on the filed a lot. I don’t have a problem with my card but I want size. I really want to know the bestway to do that without taking supplements. I am going to try it by myself, however I know that if I follow your system I will succeed. Thanks for your consideration. (Quote)
It is, actually, very simple but logic as well. To achieve a goal such as having a competitive body is to achieve a goal that goes alongside those life changing goals that we all aim for. The thing is: we should always stay hungry for imrpovement, aim to a higher top and reach for harder goals. That is pretty much the way I motivate myself and others in life: proving those who try to slow you down that they are wrong and encouraging thos ewho are walking in the dark to become way more that they could even dream about.
So, yes or yes, my constant goal in life is to improve, to become a better person all the time, and this, to always look forward to become healthier and stronger is, definitely, a life matter.
Best Regards_

Building a big, strong and muscular body is important for me to achieve my goals and maximise my potential. I am currently training in Ju-Jitsu and Thai Boxing, with the aim of becoming a professional mixed martial arts competitor, and one day a world champion (doesn’t hurt to be ambitious right?!). While I have been told that I have potential, this is regarding my technical ability. One factor that I feel is currently holding me back is my lack of size and strength. Being 5 foot 8 and having a relatively small frame, increasing my strength and muscle mass is very important to me. I am in fairly decent shape, but I know that I am lacking the expertise needed to help me improve. I believe that the ‘Proven Mass and Power Building Training System’ would be a huge help, because the advice and experience of you 2 guys, Lee and Mike, is far superior than anything that has so far been available to me. I’m not going to lie and say that I don’t want it for cosmetic reasons as well , of course part of the reason I want it is to help me look and feel better! One of my other ambitious aims in life is to make the cover of Men’s Health! But I don’t want my body to be all show. I want to BE strong, not just look it, and I think the ‘Proven Mass and Power Building System’ would help me achieve that. (Quote)

Lee, many thanks for the numerous mails I received from you about the important bodybuilding principles. I have learnt a lot from it. I turned 39 and in the best shape in my life, I am fitter, stronger and in better shape than many people in the 20s in my workplace. I took bodybuilding because I wanted to live a long and healthy life and I have the perserverence and disipline for it. Thanks again for the articles. I love to try the new program to fuel my passion in bodybuilding and take my physique to the next level!! (Quote)

Hey, going to be 26 in a couple of weeks, been lifting for about 11 years now on and off. i usually bulk right up with in a month or two then fall off the wagon. usually just over do it i guess and then get overcome by the partying life style, going out and boozing it up then sleeping 2-4 hours go to work then start all over again. Been pretty bad lately too. Well, I just had my first kid last month, a little baby girl. Now I know its time to make a change in my life. Besides looking and feeling better, before I know it I’m going to have to start kicking alot of ass (we all know how those boys can be), and I got to make sure I’m in shape for it. But hopefully with your program I’ll be so jacked and intimidating they’ll just run away when I answer the door. But I just really admire your work and hopefully its a program I can stick with and keep going with it. Thanks dude. (Quote)
Lee and Mike,
I am trying to add muscle mass to my frame, but I am battling a “overactive metabolism” that hinders my progress. While I have made strides recenty, it is important to me personally and as a career enhancing goal to reach a greater level of muscle mass and a trimmer, cut look.
As a stage performer, that strength will help me in my performances and that lean, cut look will help me land parts in auditions. I look forward to what wisdom the two of you have to offer.
