I already ordered your Extreme Fat Loss DVD program back in March, to start a 12-week preparation, which I’m about to finish in 3 more weeks, following your plan step by step.
I purchased it on the premise that it was “exactly what (you) did with regards to the foods (you) ate, the workouts (you) did, and the supplements (you) took.”
But now I’m finding out here there are additional steps you took, but that are outlined only in this other program.

I tried something similar at the weekend, I got a bit carried away tho. Couldn’t eat the next day so I maybe burnt more calories than i drank .

Don’t think I’ll be doing it again anytime soon as it didn’t feel to good. So I’m sure Joel’s methods are better ;o)  (Quote)

this makes me feel less guilty. I had a chunk of un avoided pizza last nite, and I was wondering how much damage I might have caused amidst the notable progress recently. Good news,there is no notable changes of my physique from following that one time cheating..I guess it would have bn a case, if junk food is incorporated regulary as part of diet  (Quote)
