Looks ok, you’ve looked a lot better in previous photo shots that I’ve seen. Your muscle fibers aren’t coming out and it looks like you’ve lost a bit of size. I’m not sure if the problem is the lack of muscle hypertrophy or because of the fact that your veins are hiding the fibers. BUT saying that, if your goal was to shred the fat, you’ve definitely accomplished that… and it’s not easy so well done in that department.  Richard(Quote)

the haircut is great lee! makes you look slightly taller too – keep it for the show i say for sure. it stands out but not too much. definitely looking mean and shredded. a style suggestion – rock the shorts a little lower so they don’t bunch up around your hips and so you can show off some of the definition and symmetry you’ve got where most guys have “love handles”. if you’re focusing on working on anything over the next three weeks i’d say hit back of the shoulders a bit.  danny(Quote)
