Welcome To The Brand New Total Fitness Bodybuilding Blog!

I’m super pumped to get my new bodybuilding blog up and running. This is really going to help me deliver even more killer muscle building and fat loss advice that will help you take your physique and muscular development to the next level.

There is a lot more “bells” and “whistles” with this newer updated blog compared to my old blog…

Note: I’m still keeping the old blog online as an archive as there is almost 2 years worth of valuable posts at: http://www.LeeHayward.blogspot.com and I certainly don’t want to get rid of it.

So what I need you to do now before you go any further, is to make sure that you have entered your name and e-mail address in the form above and download my FREE Muscle Building Training Course. This will give you the foundational base of training information that you need to get started building your ultimate body. Plus you’ll also get on going muscle building and fat loss training tips from my a few times per week.

Another thing I suggest you do is get yourself set up with a Gravatar (globally recognized avatar) at: http://en.gravatar.com

This will add your face and personality to your comments.  It’s always more enjoyable to see another persons face when conversing.  It’s not mandatory but I encourage you to do so. You only need to set this up once which is great because if you post on other blogs or forums on the Internet, many of these websites will recognize your Gravatar.

I really encourage you to share your feedback with me by leaving your comments to the blog posts. This allows you to become part of the Total Fitness Bodybuilding community and it gives me valuable feedback and direction as to what things we should focus on and where we can improve the website in the future.

We also have the option for you to share these blog posts via Social Media outlets like FaceBook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, and many more!  By sharing content, you help others and bring more people to this site to continue to make it even bigger and better.

If you enjoy a post, send it to your Twitter friends, post it to your Facebook news feed, or simply email it to your contacts.  The sharing tool below each post makes it so easy!

In fact I need your help with sharing this site and all the valuable information on it!  Together, we can help so many people better themselves and get in their all time best ever shape!

I’m looking forward to chatting with you in the comments section!

In fact you can leave your first comment right now below and introduce yourself on the new blog!

all the best,

Lee Hayward

Lee, your videos have really been informative and helpful. ? for you. Do you prefer to lift with a partner, or on your own. Personally, I’ve gone with the latter about 90 percent of the time. Recently, however, I’ve been thinking about changing. Any thoughts?

Hey Lee, I have watched all of your videos on youtube and they have helped a lot. I have been into mixed martial arts for about 2 years but I never did a lot of weight training. I decided to go get whey protein and start to lift. I watched your videos and now I am actually excited to workout. Your videos have helped me a lot with my training and I use almost all of your workout and training tips. I am only 14 years old, 5’5, and 120 pounds. So I only take protein since I am still young and growing. Just want to say thank you for all of your help and take care.  (Quote)

All Praise is due to ALLAH who has given me strenghth, just by working at my job as a security guard and peforming Islamic prayers, known as SALAAT.
Dear Lee, due to my long hours at work, combined with fasting, which is highly recommended practice in Islam, I find less time to to become gymnast-type-martial artist and a body builder, which I would pursue, if earning money becomes no object for me, in the future, inShAllah, God-Willing.
Dear Lee, it’s strictly forbidden in the Sharia(Law) of Islam to take supplements from sources which arn’t “HALAAL”. Therefore which supplements would you recommend for me to consume, along with other muslims? who may be in the same boat? What type of exercise would you recommend for me to kick like Cung Lee, a MMA fighter that defeated martial arts legend Frank Shamrock?  (Quote)

Hi Lee
I´m new here and I like your website.
I used to work out regularly for almost 10 years (between 30 and 40 Im now 50) and did not miss a training during that period. I worked with a personal trainer for few years of that time. I got injured and dropped out. I have made several attempts to re-enter into work-outs, but never managed to hold it out. I´m now in a new attempt and have started to work-out with my 25 year old son. We have been at it for two weeks, are working out four times a week. 40 – 45 minutes sessions (Legs, back, shoulders and arms and chest). I have also been running ((From couch 2 5K program). I Both of us are targeting leaner and more muscular bodie. I´m almost blind as a result of Retinitis Pigmentosa, and that has its effects
Any advice?
Best regards,
Kristinn from Iceland  (Quote)

Hey Lee whats up Im new to the sight. I have been weight lifting for about 5 years, 6 in december. Over the years I have experiemented with my own various workouts and gotten good results in strength and physical looks, also pushed my mind over the years to never give up and always fight for that one more rep. I have competed in 6 or 7 weight lifting tournaments over the last 4 years and came in 2 and 3rd in 4 of them, hahaha can never get that first place spot but 2nd and 3rd and to bad. I just recently started lifting again so i can get back in shape so I can possibly accomplish my dream of playing in the arena football dream but after messing up my shoulder and a few ribs I couldnt lift for a few months :( . But hopefully my new 8 week lifting and cardio workout I put together gets me started on my path to getting back in shape. If anyone would like any tips or even some of my workouts that Ive used over the years to get in shape, email me at schminkey73@yahoo.com or weightlifting4you@yahoo.com. Looking forward to hearing for some of you!!!! :)   (Quote)
